As the woman reached for his hat, Masahiro reached down with a hand in a similar matter to hers and his knuckles met with hers, his chakra flaring as theirs met. His eyes locked with hers and the two of them would be locked into a momentary chakra headspace, but as that momentary contact between them passed, Masahiro would deflect her hand away from his with a stern smile to his lips.
"They need standard training for Genin, geared to what fields of study they specialize in. Merely, I want you to oversee them training and allow them to choose their course at the moment, 'Ivilice'" He spoke, his tone relegating he knew the truth of who was in control, while not giving away to the others who knew not the method of the beast within.
"I will give you a brief overview of the matter at hand, however, so you genin know what is at hand. The recent bombings in Konoha were perpetrated by a group known as the Flamespyre Syndicate. Until recently, they were one of three small criminal organizations that existed within the land of Fire. These organizations were once known as, the Eponymous Flamespyre Syndicate, The Drowned Maidens, who have since splintered, with the Sisters of the Wave being the only known remnant, and White Raijin, of which The Coming Storm, the personal Company of their leader is the only remaining faction. Flamespyre has been putting pressure on these remnants, and they have been putting up a fair bit of resistance. Resistance that can be better put to use on our side, as a unified front, than as three fractions, fighting one apparently unified enemy." Masahiro sighed as he looked at the amassed genin and the selected amounts of leadership.
"Recently I've mobilized Nihongo squads and Operatives Bjorn and Nariko to combat situations relegated to this task as well. I've recently received word on the progress of Nihongo, Bjorn and Nariko, however, are still in the wind, while I don't suspect either of these groups has anything to do in the halted progress of their mission, it is best we keep all bases open, just in case." Masahiro spoke as he made a flourishing hand gesture, then pointing towards Ryoku.
"Nara-san, Ryoku, I have a mission for you as well in this matter. While I'll be deploying Nym, Hanako, and Nanami, under the presence of Ivilice, I need you to take under your wing miss Alethea, Kazumi, and Hozuki. Basic training package before heading out. The Hokage finished as he walked to hand the canister to Ryoku directly.

Looking over at Kazumi and her sister, he smiled. He was glad they were somewhat reunited. Hopefully their bond would make for a good combo to have in the team. He was unsure of his third teammate for he had not yet met them. At the very least his plan formulated on paper would work with who he had. Any further abilties they might impress him with only would be utilized to make things go smoother.
plan to snuff out the Flamespyre First follow Masa's plan to meet up with Raiko Hatake. Alligning with the Coming storm faction. they would follow the mission to a T but rather capture as many Flamespyre members as possible. An attempt to interrogate and lure out more of them to perform a deal. One of the members of the Flamespyre would be himself or a member of his team impersonating to be taken back to their base. The rest of the unit will follow from a far undetected distance. Once the base would be discovered the unit would strike as well as the member fighting outward from the inside during the chaos. As for the battle tactics to avoid casualties. That also has been predetermined. The entire unit will use their clone jutsu to send in a force large enough and also disguise them as Flamespyre to cause widespread panic within their ranks. I which will move through that cover to ascertain any sensitive materials and or remove the head of the snake.

"No. Not now." Was all she could say. She knew something that Ryouichi and Kazumi did not, and she was certain if they knew they would never forgive her. Away but standing at Kazumi's side, her arms crossed across her chest as she waited for the Hokage. Names were announced and Hozuki can't help but to notice how most of those names were female. Finally, her name but after Kazumi as she clenched her fists. With a frown, she didn't know who was this Ryoku Nara but he was previous Hokage? Not bad. But that was not the issue here. Pair of lips opened to protest, only then to close just as quickly when a voice she never heard appeared from the shadows. So that's her teacher. She waited for a bit longer and when the Hokage waved them off, Hozuki stumped her foot onto the floor to get attention. The caramel colored female was not going to get ignored especially about this, "If I may sir, I do not think pairing up with my sister is the best of idea. Ryoku was at an understanding with Masahiro. He made valid points and he could easily swallow his strategy... for now. He bowed to him and explained that he understood. Turning to the others he noticed Hozuki the girl standing close to Kazumi had a slight disagreement with the pairing. At first thought maybe it was something to do with them being related. Sometimes if a loved one were to be lost on the battlefield it could inspire desperation and revenge. Usually resulting in mistakes and regret. If one would be alive to feel it. But before his thought could transpire into words she gave her own reasons. Glancing at Kazumi for a moment knowing she would have obviously heard that he was not sure right that moment as to how to ask her why without causing a bit of pain. Whatever the reason was It might have been damaging. Approching Hozuki he tried to exorcise discretion. Asking her if she would accompany him even if it were just to be several yards away. Hazel eyes glare at him, it might just be the red streak make up, but it seems her eyes were very intense. With a scoff, Hozuki followed Ryoku. Maybe they can talk for a bit and he could help her change squad. They didn't go that far and his voice was low, her eyebrow rose. Was he concerned about her sister? Ha. All the same, Hozuki doesn't feel regret for possibly hurting her sister feelings. Her arms crossed across her chest, anyone would know what that body language mean. She was closing off to the world. Ryoku frowned some at first, hearing that there was a issue of abandonment. He already knew there was probably a good reason as to why this might have happened. But regardless it is her state of mind and how she feels about her sister that matters. Ryoku sighed at first before hunching his head down some to her eye level and. He knew that Masahiro would not see this as an proper reason to change teams, not to mention he probably already knew of the whole story. "Tell you what. If your sister does anything to make you doubt her you come to me. Same with if you are getting angry. You might not trust her but in time you might be able to, but for now. Trust me. His lips curled into a frown as she rolled her eyes and looked away. She didn't want anyone's pity. Not too long after the frown, he lowered his head slightly to her eye level and she suddenly felt defensive. His words settle as she shook her head, "My sister isn't the problem. My anger is, and she's the source as well Ryouichi. I got angry enough to attack another genin and wanted him dead, do you want that responsibility on your hands?" She question, her voice bitter. Where was Klaus? She haven't seen him lately and she wanted to check up on him, if he was okay and she does feel like she owe him another apology. "I'm not sure what triggered my desire to kill him but I do think this is all a mistake. But if you think you can keep me safe, so be it." Fine. Let them do what they want to do but Hozuki was starting to feel like a bit of a monster. Perhaps leaving Konohagakure for everyone saftey would be her best bet, one problem. After seeing what Kazumi and Ryouichi, she knew they would find her and bring her back kicking and screaming; against her wishes. Hozuki was starting to feel like she's a wild creature that can't be tamed and trapped forever in a cage. He said with a smirk as he made a soft fist and pushed her chin slightly with it. "I think I can take ya." As he withdrew his hand he walked her back to the others. Seeing the that the third member of their team had been met he made sure to introduce himself. 'Finally things were going a little more smoothly'"Alethea? Ryoku Nara. Good to have you aboard. Hopefully this all should go off without a hitch." He said with a more delighted face to have met them all. He would be sure to watch over all of these students as if they were his children.

Yea right. Hozuki would try to avoid taking her anger out on anyone though that didn't work out some of the times. He made a fist and touched her chin slightly as she took a step back. She didn't like that at all but she refrained from making a comment, yet the body language should be obvious to the Nara, that made her uncomfortable. Once he walked away, Hozuki scowled softly and started to make her way towards the forest first, then the apartments to pack, and finally, academy.
