"Oh, ok then" said Dale discarding the thought of asking if he wanted to swim together. Did make sense for Kei to dislike swimming in a pool because cats wouldn't to either.

Dale noticed how relaxed Kei was getting and the boy still playing with his hair. He used both hands to lift the young boy up and set him down on top of him.

Kei jumped a bit when Dale lifted him up and set him on top of him. He sat there a bit stiff and blushing madly. Kei didn't want Dale to see his face so he leaned down and buried his face into Dale's chest.
