He finally managed to locate his pants, belt, badge (which was lifted by Lil Brat and moved to yet another thread) and his shirt. Gets fully dressed, grabs a cup of coffee, then sits back down in the exam room chair to wait for bandaidd to wake up from her very, very long nap* Geez, that poor girl must have been overworked! They should give her a paid vacation so she can recuperate! eek

*snorts and wipes the drool off her cheek and looks up at two dark blurry figures*

Bandaidd covers up her maidenly parts while her eyes focus and she sees Dougherty with another officer in the exam room. She realizes that she is fully dressed and awkwardly assumes a stance of semicasual ease. She puts on her professional demeanor and remembers the treadmill test. Glancing at the paper, she nods.

Fine, Dougherty. Why did you stop the test? I need to make a note in your chart. Then you can pick up your completed forms in about 4-6 weeks.

Pardon me for startling you, but I'm here to receive my physical exam and acquire the appropriate paperwork to report for duty, mam. *bursts in bar and sits on middle stool with a heavy thud* AGH! Bartender! *waves anxiously* Hit me with a quad of Henny and keep em coming! *knocks back first drink before the bartender gets it settled in front of her and slams glass on bartop. the bartender was right there with Icys flustered demands*

*mumbling to self* Well, that was a short-lived victory. *Knocks back second drink eager for the third and even more anxious for the first two to kick in* I can't believe this! I mean, I know I'm new, but that was pure gold! I mean, that blasted thing should have been desolated, no, better yet, cremated! Do you know how much planning and scheming that took? All that time and effort, and that freaking thread is still living! UGH!!!

*knocks back third and fourth, finally feeling the effects of the first two* Ah, sweet numbness. Not only do I have to re-strategize with this infuriating thread, but I've also got what looks to be an all-for-honor war on my hands for that goody-two-shoes-wanna-be Miss Lil Brat in the Below Me thread, and not to mention...*looks over at Dougherty and ShowCase*
