Sypher is a Jounin?

I gave her a basic personality. I like to wait and see how the character goes before putting a real personality on.

Sypher is a Chunnin >> He's getting trained to be an Anbu now though so when he becomes a Jounin, he can go straight to Anbu without a whole lot of waiting.

I suppose. I just want my characters to be unique and I can't make them unique when I develop them. It takes time for me to really be comfortable with a character so...I suppose it is like a relationship.
