gee u r how so i thought it was better then the first set i listed lol
basicly if there is ever a more then 2 scoring posts then there is a way to penalize them if you catch ur opossing team in the act

I do have to explain how to do each penalty would not want a sorta there rule where everyone can twist the words and make loop holes.
2nd basicly did ether catch your teams mistake or get penalized for it and rule B needed a explaination how do it and you have to find it in 2 days or too late to correct it for the 3rd day is to late to catch the mistake

it was an old rule i asked a a long time ago if people liked back when it was like page 800 so i didnt add it in for while

I don't see what the big deal is... it's not that different, and there haven't been very many back-to-back posts. Killa's just trying to find a way to clarify what to do when something like that happens.

I was under the impression that back to back posts were not allowed.

They're not allowed, but people were posting back-to-back anyway. Points being awarded when they're caught is just an effort to discourage it. At least, that's the way I'm seeing it.
