You don't get it do you Faith? Eternal's problem isn't the religion. It's the people who believe in religion. It's the same reason Ghandi said "I like your Christ but not your Christians." Have you ever had anyone yell in your face that you are wrong because you don't believe in their narrow minded ideology? It sucks, especially when you understand that they completely missed the principals that they claim to believe in. It's so irritating, and eventually, all people think about when people open their mouths about religion is that one way mindless attitude, and it feels fake. What Eternal is trying to say that he has his own opinions and beliefs that he wants to stand by regardless of weather God exists or not. The reason he keeps insulting religion is not the religion but the people who flaunt religion and put others down because of their own ignorance.

I killed you for not understanding my argument. I never said you were that way. I'm simply explaining what he thinks. Even though you consider it a misconception in your case, it doesn't change the reality that it does happen very often and to a serious degree.

I killed you for not understanding I was talking about that in a general since to begin with, not a sense directly affecting me. For instance, you will find many 'hypocritical christians' and many people who only claims to be christian, but in each case you must understand that the Christian fully accepts and teaches that by themselves they cannot stop sinning, that it is in fact part of their nature, something that is worked out of them after they accept Christ, and is something they die daily for so that they might share in Christ's resurrection. When they preach against sin, they are merely preaching for the bettering of ones condition and they do so without comparing it to their perfection, but Christs perfection. If they preach different, they are false teachers. o.o did not expect to write as much as I did.

religion is like a p***s.
it's fine to have one,
it's fine to be proud of it,
but PLEASE don't whip it out in public and start bragging about it,
and PLEASE don't try to shove it down everyone's throats.
