[Kits Rose]

*nods* All right.

*looks shocked when she says no cinnamon buns*

I don't think he likes that idea very much. *takes Smok from Amy* I think I should take him over to the bathtub now.  

[Cuwen]

Amy couldn't help but start laughing when she saw Smok's tiny expression.

"You mean he'd actually still want some cinnamon buns?!"

She laughed harder.

Thistle hopped down off of the couch and went to stand next to Kits. She'd get a bath, too! She was dirty, too. And she loved getting baths here!  

[Kits Rose]

*giggles* He loves cinnamon. It's his favorite treat.

*smiles down at Thistle* Do you want to take a bath too?  

[Cuwen]

Amy's laughing tapered off. "It is? I'll have to remember that!"

Thistle looked up at Kits and squeaked happily. She also nodded. By nodding, though, she got some icing on the carpet. She looked down at it and then looked at Amy with a shamed looked on her face. Her tail even lowered.

Amy sighed softly and shook her head. "It's okay, Thistle. You didn't mean to. I'll clean it up while you go get a bath, okay, sweetie?"

She stood up from the couch, leaned over Thistle, and kissed the top of her head.

Thistle perked back up and squeaked happily. Her tail began twitching happily. Then she looked up at Kits expectantly.

Amy went behind the snack and drink bar and dug around for a washcloth.  

[Kits Rose]

All right you two, let's go. *picks Thistle up, holding her under one arm, and carries them to the bath room*

*seeing the bath, his eyes widen, but he doesn't struggle, wanting to be unstickied*

Here you go, Thistle. *puts her down on the side of the bathtub and looks over the soaps to see which one will smell good* Ooh, how about lavender, Thistle?  

[Cuwen]

Thistle squeaked up happily at Kits. She even licked Kits' chin a couple of times.

When they were at the tub, Thistle put her front two front hooves on the edge of the tub so that she could prop herself up and look at the soaps, too. When Kits picked out a purple bottle, Thistle nodded and squeaked in excitement. She reached out and lightly licked Kits' hand.  

[Kits Rose]

*giggles and gently lowers Smok into the warm water, then starts washing the animals down*

*barely tolerates the water until he can feel the icing melting away, then starts struggling to get out*

Smok, hold still! I'm not done yet.  

[Cuwen]

Thistle sighed softly as Kits washed her. It was very relaxing, as was the warm water and wonderful-smelling soap! In fact, she was so relaxed that she started turning pink again.

When Smok started struggling and Thistle heard Kits' exclamation, Thistle gently and slowly wrapped her tail around Smok, trying to comfort him.  

[Kits Rose]

*squeaks and tries to climb up Thistle's back to get out of the water*

Smok, calm down! The water won't hurt you!  

[Cuwen]

Thistle allowed Smok to climb up her tail and get onto her back. Maybe if he was on her back, he wouldn't struggle as much since he wouldn't actually be in the water. But Kits could still clean him.  

[Kits Rose]

*climbs up Thistle's neck and to the top of her head*

*sighs and keeps washing Smok until she gets all the icing off, then picks him up and puts him back in the water to rinse him off*  

[Cuwen]

Thistle didn't mind Smok being on the top of her head, but when water would drip down her face from him, she'd try to blow the small water rivulets away. Not really effective, but that didn't stop her from trying. She was just happy that Kits could finally finish washing Smok now! Thistle still didn't understand why Smok didn't like the water. It was fun and could be very relaxing, too! Like now!

When Kits picked up Smok and set him in the water again, she looked over at him and squeaked softly. She hoped he wouldn't struggle too much since Kits just had to wash the soap off of him now.

As Thistle looked down at Smok, she noticed that her legs were pink again. She must have turned pink again! She still didn't quite understand how to change her colors on command, but she had been noticing that when she was really happy, she seemed to turn pink.

Thistle looked up at Kits and squeaked, this time a little more loudly.  

[Kits Rose]

I'll get back to you in a second, Thistle. *finishes rinsing Smok off, then takes him out of the tub, setting him on a fluffy towel*

*hunches his back, looking offended*

Oh come on, it's not that bad, Smok. *turns back to Thistle* Ok, wings up. *gently lifts Thistle's wings to wash her back under them* When did you turn pink? confused  

[Cuwen]

Thistle looked at the fluffy towel that Smok was set on enviously. She loved those towels, and the fluffy robes that went with them!! Amy even brought one of the robes home with her for Thistle.

When Kits went back to washing her, though, her eyes instantly closed and she began to make a low humming sound. She was very relaxed. In fact, she was so relaxed that she almost missed Kits' question. She did hear it, though, and opened up her eyes. She squeaked loudly again like she had before and then tilted her head to the side. She didn't know how she got pink or when! All she knew was that it happened in the bath.  

[Kits Rose]

Huh... that doesn't really help much, Thistle. *finishes washing her* All right, go rinse off. *looks over at Smok* Well? Going to dry off, or are you just going to sit there and get cold?

*huffs and starts rolling around on the towel*
