"Probably, though I can safely say something like that won't ever happen as my daughter is a precious little angel compared to the dysfunctional pantheon." Van said simply.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"How do you know that? Vivium was a precious little angel once. It didn't take much for her to fall." Atius retorted, sounding quite bitter.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Well, for one thing, I'm not a jerk." Van said with a pause. "And before you say anything, yes, I admit that I was a complete and total asshat before, but that was then and this is now."

 

[M3Gnificent]

Not learning his lesson Atius exclaimed, "How do I know that to be true?! I'll be keeping my eye on you, and once I see you slip, I'll kill you myself!" What a moron.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Yes, because you've really stood a chance in the past." Van said sarcastically. "Look, just go already. The less my kids have to know about you the better. Last thing I need is Kai wanting to kick your a** himself. And in the state you're in, he probably could too."

{Ugh, I haven't been doing too well concerning RP's have I? I've been feeling like I'm not in many interesting RP's anymore - this and about one other being the only ones I've been able to keep in(and keep interest) and stay in without being ignored/rendered uneeded. That, plus, I've been getting horrid block. >.< However, I really don't want to take a break from RP'ing either. I've been wanting to make another in hopes of fixing that, but I haven't been able to come up with a plot that isn't too boring or cliche. I think this is just a short phase, though, seeing that I'm having a crappy time in RL. I'll get inspiration before long.

TL;DR - Sorry if I'm killing things without realising it. I'll do my best to keep it living and I'll hopefully get over this soon.}

Mala was leaning against the wall, waiting patiently for Van to return from his chewing Atius out. She held a calm, almost emotionless look on her face once he did come in. The first thing she did was walk over to him and offer a big, tight hug in hopes of improving his mood a little - should he be upset or stressed out.

Van sighed as he walked in the door finally. "Why is it that every time my life seems perfect, that guy has to show up to ruin the mood?" Van said, welcoming Mala's hug when offered. Atius was never really a problem to deal with, he just made a person feel really crappy after all was said and done.

((It's alright, I understand. I sometimes get into those RP slumps too. Nasty little buggers aren't they?))

"He's just that minor annoyance in life that makes the good things all the sweeter." Mala said after a moment of thought, hoping that her words would help.

Van chuckled slightly. "It's true. First time he came to bother me, I had a whole new life ahead of me. Second time, I had you to comfort me. And now I've got a whole family to come home to at the end of the day." he said with a warm smile.

"That's right! You'll always have us." Mala remained silent for a moment, before taking on that flirty tone and suggestive gaze as she said, "If nothing else, you'll always have me and the nearest bed~"
