Theres no rule against that there is for mutant digivolution and are people obeying it?

Since there is no limited digivolve shop anymore, all digimon must follow their regular and digivolution line, and cannot digivolve to any limited alternate form.

There was no rule that allows that with the Mutant digivolve but they still do it and Aeroveedramon is no alteration its Veemon's regular Ultimate form
