Fate didn't really notice that Mason moved a little closer to her,she looked at him.She smiled kindly and sweetly."I think so to."Fate said then looked out at the water,her eyes sparking a little from the sight of the ocean water.

He continued looking at her, but then averted his gaze to the flowing ocean. The sun reflected its light off the mirror of the ocean and into his eyes. Vanessa had already returned and was pestering him by 'attempting' to nudge him into Fate. He pushed her away, but to everyone else it would look as if he had a muscle spasm.

Fate looked at him she giggled a little."Is there something wrong?"Fate said still giggling a little and smiling a little.

"Huh? Oh..." he put his hand down. "It's just Vanessa..." He gave a smile, "She... sometimes she likes to pick on me," he said finishing with a small laugh. Vanessa rolled her eyes and gave up. She began chasing around a butterfly that was fluttering nearby. "Sometimes she seems like a big sister even though she is so young in appearance... well not that you can see her."

Fate kind of knew what he was saying since he was a soul hunter an all so maybe that's why he could see Vanessa and not her."Well it looks like she can be your little sister and your big sister."Fate said smiling cheerfully.

 Mason knelt by her side and placed a picture in her mind of Vanessa. "She was the only one who had spoken with me growing up, and she never left. She is small and young, but yet she is old and wise. I like to think of her as an guardian angel," he said smiling.

Fate looked at the picture in her mind,she looked at the photo in her mind for a moment while listening to what Mason was saying.She blinks her eyes,for a bit then the picture was gone."She seem really nice,you could think of her as an guardian angel and I think you can think of her as friend.Also..she looks so adorable if I may say there."Fate said smiling at Mason kindly.

Mason smiled, "It's a good thing she is preoccupied right now." He turned and saw that she was still playing with the butterfly. He turned his attention back and sat back down, moving from off his knees. He saw a bird flying by and watched it land. He could sense life within it, like every living thing, but he could sense the soul of a human. He shrugged it off, not feeling too worried about it.

Mason closed his eyes and concentrated on the words and music. His mind was beginning to be at ease from using his powers when they walked off the cliff. "Beautiful..." he whispered.

Micho dove off the cliff enjoying the freedom, swooping back up into the fresh air, gliding over the water.

Fate stopped singing when she heard Mason say something."Huh?"Fate couldn't tell what he said cause it was to low for her to hear.She tilted her head a little,looking at him.

Mason smiled at her, "I said that it sounded beautiful... the song." He remained seated with his eyes closed. "I like those kind of songs... I don't understand how some people can listen to those screamers... It hurts the brain."

Fate looked at him for a moment."Screamers?...Oh now I know what you mean.Yea well I like songs like what I sang.I also like the ones with a piano or a violin in it."Fate was remembering when her and Destiny were five and they would try to learn how to play a piano and violin from there parents.She smiled at the memory she had.
