you don't take max hit die every level, I rolled 2nd and 3rd level..... you only take max HD at 1st lvl. Besides, according to the rules, at 4th level we all get 1 stat point.

@Thhartokk: Max HD for all thee levels for the start of the campaign. You will have to roll HD when you level up from start of the campaign onwards.

Though, what does the +1 stat bonus have to do with your hitpoints?

But that +1 could be dropped in con and get me a higher bonus, but I'm probably gonna put it in Dex
