You should read Dragon Sword and Wind Child. It's a translated Japanese fantasy novel. Viz is coming out with a paperback version soon, although the hardcover is already out and it doesn't cost that much used.

hm... if you liked Percy Jackson, you would probably like The Lost Hero, the first book in the second Camp Half-Blood series... I just finished it yesterday and it was AMAZING.
You'd probably like Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer, the Heir Chronicles by Cinda Williams Chima, Alex Rider by Anthony Horowitz, and/or the Seven Realms by Cinda Williams Chima, based on your interest in Percy Jackson and Harry Potter (fantasy/adventure).
btw I have the same problem too, I've read all the books I actually liked at least twenty-something times, and I can't find anything else to read >.<

if your in 2 the whole vampire/fighting stuffs then you should try reading either House of Night(by: P. C. Cast + Kristin Cast)-this 1 has som romance in it, but once u get 2 the last books thers a lot of action & funny 2, or The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod(by: Heather Brewer) this would possible b better for you or if your in 2 actiony type stuffs then try Alex Rider, all of them r pretty good
