Tsubame was now casually strolling through the crowded streets -- 'Takumi, the Village of Artisans', they called it. The name was certainly fitting for this place. Wherever she looked, there was someone busy at work, honing their craft. With it, lines of people at the front of stores looking to buy their wares. The sight of seeing so many successful individuals made Tsu feel warm on the inside. Even more surprising, despite the huge crowd of people on the streets, she was able to walk her path without needing to weave around anyone, aside from occasionally slowing her pace to allow someone to walk past her to the other side of the street. A particular shop caught her eye, and she immediately began heading that way. The Silver Forge. It sounded like a good place to find some tasks involving work with metals.

There was no response to Luna's question at first, and she was okay with that. She just followed along quietly, still clutching at Miyuki's cloak in case she almost lost her again. Even if they were only meant to be together for just a short while, Luna didn't want to lose Miyuki and be alone all again. For as long as possible, she wanted to push aside and avoid that time she might be walking the streets by herself once more.
Then Miyuki paused all of a sudden, which resulted in Luna walking into her on accident. "Sor-" Luna was about to apologize again when she noticed the creepy grin the older girl showed to Miyuki, "Eep!". The clutched cape was brought up to cover Luna's face as a sort of last line of defense from the shock of pretend monster Miyuki. It didn't matter if maybe Miyuki wasn't actually that scary looking, the child that Luna was found the looming visage of a creepily grinning teen plenty scary. For a moment, Luna actually believed Miyuki's "confession," but then it was revealed to all be a prank. Although, Luna was still too shocked to even breath a sigh of relief.
Miyuki, though, seemed to take no note of Luna's stupefication. At her own pace, as always, the energetic youth spun and walked off without waiting for Luna. Luna didn't even realize that Miyuki was walking away until her cloak almost slipped out of her fingers, but once she did realize, she was quick to resume following again. Follow now. Besides, while she hadn't recovered from the shock quite yet, she knew what pranks and tricks were. It just took her some time to readjust, that was all.
Tsubame was back roaming the streets once again. With her straw hat on, and a simple Katana at her side, she pretty much blended in with any other wandering warrior in the village. Walking back the way she came, she got a chance to get a better look at some of the shops on the other side of street, and took mental notes of which to visit once she obtained more Ryo. However, she still had no place to stay, and as much of the village she had seen so far, there was no sign of an Inn of any sort. Maybe there was one closer to the gates... She thought to herself.

Atsuko was walking through the streets again on a path that he knew to well at this point. However this time around there was a distraction for, well not him but his pet lizard Asumo. A carriage of animals was going by when one of the animals in cages spotted the lizard that was hidden in Atsuko's hood, startling the small red pet to jumping off of his master shoulder and into the crowd.
Almost reactivly Atsuko's sharingan flickered to life in response to his pets escape and without really thinking he lunged to pick him up, managing to catch his pet lizard but also ending up on his back in front of a stranger. With his hood knocked off his sharingan were fully visible to her for a few moments before he deactivated them. Besides that she would also be able to tell he was rather young (16), and with his coat having been open she would have also spotted the projectiles he carried and the like.
All of this information would only be seen by her before he quickly got back up a bit embarrassed and readjusted his coat, throwing back on his hood that his pet lizard Asumo was quick to scurry into and peer out at her from the shadows. "Uh sorry for that miss. Usually Asumo is much more behaved then that but he is still quite young" Atsuko explained a bit sheepishly to her. Now that he was standing up he could actually look over her attire, particularly the sword. Thoughts were constantly rolling through her mind as she continued ahead, and for a moment she started mumbling to herself. Something about sleeping on the side of a building for the night. Not that it would be an issue. She was unsure how long she slept in the back of that carriage that brought her here, but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable.
Her eyes were still sharp on the road ahead, however, to keep from bumping into anyone by accident. Suddenly, she caught the glimpse of bright red scales of a... serpent? Followed by a cloaked figure lunging forward in her direction. Instinctively, her right hand went to the hilt of her Katana, but she remained surprisingly calm. The figure landed on their back, the hood falling backwards and his cloak opening up, revealing quite a few things: A young boy, most likely younger than herself, armed with various projectiles. From that alone, she guess he may have been a thief. Was he stealing that serpent that was crawling up his back!? Her brows furrowed slightly, but only for a moment, that was until she met his gaze with her own. Crimson irises that looked almost demonic in nature, sending a chill down her spine. In her entire life, had she ever seen something like that before.
Just as quickly as she had seen it, it was gone just as fast, his eyes returning to their natural color. As he rose to adjust himself, she'd take a single step back to give him space, her head tilted in curiosity as she looked over him once more. He claimed that the lizard's name was Asumo. So this was his pet? That kind of cleared a few things up. "I see." She stated simply, looking at the lizard hiding in the hood, and shooting him a sweet smile. While she was huge fan of cats and birds, she liked all animals generally. "It's not a problem. You're not hurt, are you?" She asked, gesturing to his back. Maybe that eye thing she saw might have been caused from falling too hard? It didn't make much sense, but neither did red, demonic eyes on a young boy.

Atsuko shook his head with a light chuckle. "Nothing but a bit of dust on my jacket. I noticed the sword...you wouldn't happen to be a mercenary would you? If you are I have something to offer that might interest you in terms of work, or at least options. It shouldn't really be discussed on the street however. Want to go catch a quick drink? It's the least I can do if I take any of your time on this" Atsuko asked rather formally. There was still a bit of a nervous tone to his voice but it wasn't so much that it sounded like it was due to the situation, really just more like a teenager trying not to stumble his words. So the boy was rather sturdy. Or, she made his fall seem a little more dramatic than it was. He took notice of her sword, and asked if she was a mercenary, to which she replied with a simple raise of the brow as he continued. A mercenary, she was not. While not necessarily money-oriented, she did need it for plenty of reasons at the moment. However, she had no problem in lending a hand for free. Work was being offered, and she couldn't really say no to that in her current position. It required some secrecy, which alarmed her somewhat, but the boy seemed rather friendly thus far, so she'd go along. I'm no mercenary; just recently found my way to the village just a few hours ago. I am looking for steady work. Something to help me get my feet off the ground. At the mention of drinks, her facial expression looked a little puzzled. What did this boy know about alcohol? She hadn't had a sip of it since the day she was born, but she was aware of what it was. "A drink? ...Sure." She agreed to it, rather than to refuse the boy's offer. He was nice enough to ask, after all.
"Um... where are we going?" She leaned in closer, whispering to him curiously. She didn't know her way around this town very much. Though, he didn't have to answer. It was more of her way of saying that she was ready to go when he was.

Atsuko listened intently, scribbling the information down in his mind before he motioned in a direction. "Just this way, there's a local inn" he explained leading the way without hesitation. The inn he hadn't been in many times before but it was one of the few eateries around town.

Making their way to the main roads, Houou felt at home while he was with Artemis. They were rogues, but whenever he was with a member of his team, he felt like he could conquer any obstacle. "A little further ahead and we will be at the city hall, we have a contact there that should provide useful."

Houou and art made there way down the still crowded street. Houou then radioed for Atsuko.
"Dragon, are you available to talk now? Me and Phoenix have a free moment to talk before we tackle some missions in Takumi."
Houou and Artemis continued to walk as they waited for a response.

Artemis nodded at Houou's explanation. Then he whipped out a radio and began talking to Atsuko. She didn't know all that much about the UHV, but if Houou supported the resistance, then the UHV weren't any friends of hers. She adjusted her mask absently, laughing as her stomach growled. She grabbed Houou's free arm and began to walk faster in the direction of the inn. "I hope we can eat a horse in this town, Artemis admitted, "because I think I can finish one off!"

Houou became restless while awaiting the Kirigakure shinobi, had something terrible happened to them in route to Takumi? Houou was beginning to get nervous just standing around in one place as villagers flowed in and out of the gates. The paranoia gripped him tightly and he needed to move away from the public’s eye. Fumbling for his radio, houou quickly pulled out the palm sized devise and spoke into it clearly.
"Turtle reporting in. Artemis are you still on the area? Those missions are calling our name I’m currently on the main road near the gate. Also Ryu are you clear to receive sensitive information? "
Houou sat up against a tree and threw his head back looking up the the clouds, awaiting a response.
