Haus was too busy checking on Ashes to ask Egan how we was going to get two pieces of expensive equipment before he left. I'll ask him later, he thought. "Alright, Ashes, your head will be fine as long as you don't listen to loud music or get into a fight. Also, let me see your hands." he said. He noticed that there was a burn mark on her one thumb, and thought it would dampen her skills if not treated properly.

With all of her required information now gathered, Amaya headed down to the conference room, setting everything up since she was there early, getting everything in order as well. This was a big day, and she had lots of information to go over, so of course she was nervous but also excited. She needed to make sure that she was in control of the situation, because she'd be responsible for the end result.

Ashes frowned when Haus asked about her hands. After a moment, she flipped over her hands to reveal several severe appearing burns. She hoped that he wouldn't make a big deal about it. Her eyes stared away from him, not wanting to look at him when he saw the burns. She was supposed to report straight to him if she got injured this badly.

And I want to be a part of that fire.

His eyes opened wide in frustration. The nerve of this girl. He tried not to feel the anger, failing miserably. It flowed into him so easily like so many other times. But something snapped. He raised a fist to her, but stood solid, like a statue. He was locked in eternal conflict.

When she left, he sent the fist at the wall, making a pretty big hole in it. He pulled back and let loose again. Soon, the wall looked as if a machine gun hit it. In frustration, he fell to his knees, looking up at his handler. "I need a break."

Haus examined her hands and smiled, "They're not a bad as I thought. But you are close to second degree burns." His smile faded as he went to one of the many cabinets in his office. "You should of came to right away. But being as stubborn as you are, I wouldn't blame you for not telling me sooner. I mean you do have to worry about your position and everything," He said as he went through the cabinets. He took out a tube and a light bandage wrap. "My prescription," He sat down next to her and took her right hand, "Apply the ointment before and after you sleep," He said this as he applied said ointment on her hand, it smelt like mint. "Then wrap it with the bandage," He said as he put the bandage on around her hand, despite the tight feeling it was actually quite flexible. "Make sure you wash it before each application. Oh, and one more thing. Find your self an apprentice."

Ashes sighed thankfully when she heard Haus say they weren't bad. Her eyes watched him as he walked to one of the cabinets. She listened to his directions quietly, knowing that she had to, otherwise they'd likely get to the point where she wouldn't be able to handle guns. "Why would I need an apprentice?" The girl asked, looking at Haus. She seemed confused by this idea.

And I want to be a part of that fire.

"Just in case your hands become unusable, duh," He said as he finished bandaging her hand. "Now give me your other hand," he said as he rubbed his leg real quick.

Ashes shook her head. "No way, my hands will never be unusable. Besides - I could never trust someone else to test my guns, to fire my guns." She answered stubbornly, looking at Haus before sighing and giving him her left hand.

And I want to be a part of that fire.

Gamma ran outside hearing the noise and it was just alpha letting his anger out hearing alpha saying he needs a break slightly pissed gamma off because unlike Alpha who gets about 6 hours of sleep on a good day Gamma only gets 2 or maybe even 3 before he's sent to do something but Gamma let it slide

Haus started to do the same treatment again on her left hand, "I never said anything about testing or firing your guns. Just teach them how to use and make all kinds of weapons on their own. There, all done." He actually finished this hand much faster than he did with the other one. "And if you can, where light-weight gloves. Just in case."

Eliza took a step back as Alpha sent his fist into the wall. Her eyes went wide, and she dropped the cup in her hands, ignoring it when he looked up at her. He eyebrows furrowed and she frowned, shaking her head.

She knelt, tentatively brushing the back of her fingers against his forehead and cheek, moving the bangs away from his brow. "You know I can't let you do that." she said gently, "There are too many things that need to be done." she chewed her lip, and straightened, adjusting the strap of her messenger bag. "Has.. something happened recently? Your temperament...i-it's worse than usual...."

The Omega

If Nyx was normal, she probably would have felt bad for brushing aside all of Gamma's hard work. Perhaps she'd look at it later, but with her arm just recently having problems, she had no desire to add on to the possibility that something could go wrong. Her arm still felt weird, as she flexed the hand a few times as she stared at it. Something was not right about it, and this bothered her as she walked by Gamma in the hallway, ignoring the disturbance caused by Alpha. He was always angry about something the Omega did.

Maybe another time Gamma, but not today. Too much change with my arm, I don't want to risk it. She told Gamma telepathically as she continued to walk by him. Nyx approached Alpha and just looked at him with a slightly bored expression. "I was called by a higher system. Did you wish for me to simply ignore his call?" She asked him, risking that Alpha may beat her within an inch of her life for being so curt with him.

I don't want to do this anymore....

Ashes watched as Haus fixed her left hand up. Her eyes looked at him as he spoke, sighing as he did so. Teaching others how to use and make weapons? Sounded like a disaster to her. Her eyes looked to her hand in surprise when Haus finished her left one so quickly. "Fine. Find a thin pair of heat retardant gloves, and I will wear them. Apparently, I'm not supposed to do anything today." Ashes sighed, staring at the ceiling. She didn't even know what had happened.

And I want to be a part of that fire.

Gamma looked at nix and nodded to her he received her message and his eyes showed a little relief he didn't really care if she used the weapons or items but if she at least looked at them it was good enough for him.

He had stood up at Eliza's words. Thinking, he was trying to find a way around it. But he couldn't. He decided to tell her and Gamma the truth. "That girl. She is becoming bold. Now my dreams haunt me though. Her arm." He figured that would explain it as Omega walked up.

Turning to her, he scowled. Her new words angered him again. "No. But your not going out alone. When I ask you what your doing, you will tell me!" He was breathing heavy but trying to remain calm.
