"STOOOOOOOOOOOP!"
Moira's voice seemed to cut through the chaos; as she spoke, the still-active Trashbots shut down, their motors and servos whirring to a stop. True to form, the headcrab zombie was beaming. "Great job, spookies!! I'm, um... I'm-sure-you-all-saved-us-all," she said, loudly, in that stilted tone again.
"Sooo... that's the end of this session, but here!" She clapped her hands, and the gnomes emerged - they'd taken shelter behind the tables when the Trashbots appeared, and had evidently been hard at work the whole time. Each gnome had a fruit basket in their hands. "Your homework! Should you choose to accept it! Is to take this fruit basket to a Horseman and welcome them to Amityville!! They're the non-exploding kind, so don't worry!!" Moira grinned. "Thank you for your help, spookies!!"
And then she was gone, leading the Trashbots down some maintenance chute or other.

Riiiiight... Sheridan was absolutely NOT CONVINCED that Moira hadn't had this whole thing planned from the beginning. But then, it was that very suspicion that had led him to join this class in the first place, so all in all, he was not disappointed.
However he was not so pleased at her homework assignment. He had thought, that if they truly did make the advertised welcome baskets, that they would just make them and then someone else, perhaps the professor or a group of gnows would deliver them. He had not counted on having to deliver and welcome a horseman himself. This did not please him! He had no desire to speak with any horseman much less given them a basket of fruit and welcome them to his home. Hmph!
He was still for a moment, tail twitching angrily. Finally, he snatched one of the fruit baskets, snorted, then promptly turned on his heels and stormed out of the classroom. Maybe he'd just eat the fruit himself! Or better yet, give the fruit to his cat.
