((Lol. I'll spare you the details, but Ariae's apparent impatience reminds of a line from a show by the Reduced Shakespeare Company: 'My biological clock is ticking, and I want babies NOW!' XD ))

"So what's on your mind?" Jaquel asked as he closed the door behind them, once again in the comfort of their exceedingly large mansion.

Ariae took a deep breath and turned towards Jaquel, obviously having difficulty spitting it out. After some stuttering and blushing madly she was finally able to quietly muttur, "I...I think I want another baby..."

((Like I said, the group's called the Reduced Shakespeare company. You can look them up on youtube where the entirety of their Shakespeare Abridged show can be found. That's where the line came from (during the Hamlet portion) and it is simply hilarious. XD ))

Jaquel just sort stood there, blinking in stunned silence for a while. He really wasn't sure how to respond to that. "....I...don't see why not..." was really all he could think of. "It's not like we don't have the room, or the money, and gods know we have the experience. Plus it'd be nice to try and do things right, what with me always out fighting before..."

Ariae's eyes lit up to a bright sparkle, surprised by Jaquel's answer. Instead of speaking further, all she could think to do was hug him tightly and grin like a fool.

"Whenever you're ready then." Jaquel said with a smile as he wrapped his arms around her.

"I've been ready for awhile so...I...uhm...I don't know what to say..." Ariae said, averting her gaze with a light blush.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Well, I'm ready whenever you are, so I leave it up to you when you want to...well, you know..." Jaquel said with a bit of a sheepish smile and blushing slightly as well, unaccustomed to the subject of sex with his wife.

Ariae thought it over for a moment, wondering when it might be a good time for them both. After a moment she asked softly, "I'd like it if we could start sometime soon, if at all possible. Maybe tonight, if you don't mind?" she asked with much embarassment. She couldn't help but wonder how Mala and Van found sex to be such an easy subject!

"That's fine." Jaquel said before giving her a kiss on the cheek. "I'll be sure to set the mood before then." he half-joked with a smile.

{XD Simply hilarious, isn't it? The ex-villains have a far more chaste marriage whereas our heroes get it on like there is no tomorrow.}

Ariae offered Jaquel a light kiss on the cheek after hearing what he said. "You're so sweet, you really are."

"Well the last thing I'd want is you leaving me again, though I can't say I blame you after last time." Jaquel said as kept her in his embrace and wrapped his wings around her.

"I'll stay with you this time, for better or for worse. Should what happened last time happen again, I'll still love you. I'll just brutally murder any harlot you lay eyes on." Ariae said, keeping a gentle and eerilly sweet tone as she said this. Clearly she wasn't completely over everything - but that's understandable.

"Thanks, I think." Jaquel said with a chuckle. By now he'd more or less learned to accept Ariae's jealous and violent side, but he couldn't really blame her after all.

Ariae snuggled herself close to Jaquel, keeping a bright smile and a look of sweetness that horribly betrayed any violent threats she might make. "I love you~"

"I love you too." Jaquel said softly. At first he wasn't entirely sure what to make of his new life, but as his old Ariae returned, it all grew on him. He still wondered what happened to Rose, but he tried not to think about her for their sakes.
