"Sorry, I'm stealing her." Lance replied, caring Hector over his shoulder.
"Lance? What are you doing? Stop." She said as Lance started caring her inside. "Victor, help me talk some sense into him!"

"Um, I uh..." Victor stuttered, then just decided to follow Lance and Hector.

The prince carried Hector into the hall, much to everyone's amusement, as they laughed a Hector's face of irritation. She became the center of the prince's cruel jokes as she tapped impatiently on his shoulder, waiting to be let down. Finally, the prince began to start another joke, "Wow, Hector's pretty for a man, you know. I wonder if his sister got all the masculine genes. Think of the family photo. You wouldn't be able to tell which one was his mom or dad. He said while grabbing her butt, and she could take it no longer. Hector slammed her knee against his gut, forcing him to fall over. She then slapped him hard across the face.
"I had a family." Hector reminded him. "A mother, a father, and a kind-hearted sibling, and they're all dead." She stopped before turning back towards his audience. "Enough of this jest! I am done!" She yelled, taking off the dress in the middle of the room and handing it carefully back to the woman who owned it. She gave back the jewelry, shoes, and hair piece to the girls who owned them before parading down the room wearing her corset and long shorts hidden under her dress. The entire room was silent as she left the room. Many of the nobles looked at each other with shame while others turned towards the prince, who was stunned that Hector hit him.

Victor watched what was going on in the background. He then silently and quickly slinked behind everyone and then went to follow Hector.

Hector went back to her room and washed off all the makeup. She sat on the edge of the bed, and took a deep breath after that whole scene. She then flopped down onto the mattress and looked at the ceiling.

Victor came up to Hector's room and knocked on the door. "It's me" he stated.

Hector was silent for a moment before turning her face towards the door. "Come in." She said with irritation.

Victor slowly opened the door and stepped in. He slowly walked into the room, but didn't say anything. He wasn't sure what to say in this type of situation.

Victor waved back after Hector said 'hi'. After a moment he said "well that was....interesting" to cut the awkward silence.

"Well, what was I supposed to do? What could I do? Hit the prince in the face? I've already got one royal family who's tried to take me out, I don't need another one" Victor protested.
