Co-Ownership agreement for Icarus between Ririka and Ishtanballa - Both owners have RP and teepee rights. - Both owners have breeding rights. Should one wish to give up their rights to a breeding it shall be discussed. - Lifemating and other life altering decisions will need to be discussed with all parties. - Should one owner become inactive for more than 3 months then the remaining owner can act as a solo owner, but may not break the agreement. - Either party may relinquish their rights at any time.

I,stormflower and Nyx Queen of Darkness agree to the co-owning Zyanya. We both have full rights, splitting everything 50/50. All breeding partners and plots will be discussed and agreed on by all parties involved before anything is put in motion. Baskets from breedings(who gets one and who doesnt in such cases) will be decided on as breedings occur(so case by case). Both having rp rights(though Nyx will be the primary) we understand we both must roll individual stats for her.

DarkenWoodWolf ~Latonia de la Courtel~ I, ~Latonia de la Courtel~ (also known as Latonia de la Courtel) agree to co-own Ballad with DarkenWoodWolf.
I ~LDLC~ retain rights to IC/OOC RP, Plots, Sig Display, Teepee Display and blanket entry to breeding events with Ballad & his LifeMate. I also reserve the right to one basket from each of his breedings, as well as consulting powers over any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.
DarkenWoodWolf has the right to Teepee/Sig Display, IC/OOC RP (as she chooses within his existing plots), and blanket permission to enter Ballad & his LifeMate in breeding events. She has the rights to one basket from each of Ballad's breedings, and consulting rights as to where/how we home any additional (3rd or 4th) baskets.
*Ballad is already Maxed on stats and LifeMated to his lady, Whistle and this will not be changing. All breeding or breeding attempts will be between Ballad & Whistle.
If co-ownership is broken for any reason, I ~Latonia de la Courtel~ will retain full ownership of Ballad. I agree! I am returning full ownership of Ballad to ~Latonia de la Courtel~.

That Artemis Co ownership agreement between Faithofthefallen and That Artemis for this little guy (Alistair Sinclair). He's split totally 50/50 in every aspect. We can both rp him, display him in our sig and teepees, we'll share breedings however works, etc If one of us is inactive on all of gaia for a period of six months, full ownership will go to whoever is still around if they want to claim it.
