I didn't remember Storm having blonde hair.
I was actually trying to make him resemble Noctis Lucis Caelum, the protagonis of FF Versus XIII.
But to change his name was tough because ever since the official name for Noctis broke out, loads of gaians seemed to be using the name. Lol xD
So I tweaked the name a little and replaced Lucis with Lucius.

But my Noctis is incomplete... T^T
I need the Fallen Wish to get the exact same hairdo as the original Noctis ... T^T
