Nowe then realized that he could recall Kiri ever killing someone. He hugged her tighter, trying to make her feel better. Though this was something that would take time. "Don't you even think of blaming yourself for that. I..I know...it's hard. But if you didn't...he would have killed you and lots of others. You cant look at it like you took someone's life...when you saved others who were innocent. It's not like your blood thirsty."

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata sobbed, clutching at Nowe. "What if he had a family? A wife or kids? They'll never see him again, because I killed him. I, I just......I feel like there should have been another way!" She knew there hadn't been though. It had been a him or her moment and she knew that with her out of the way, many of the merchants would have fallen to the missing-nin.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe kept holding onto her. "I don't think someone like that would have a wife...but the same works the other way around. If he had lived, he would have destroyed countless other families. Thats our job..to protect those who are innocent..." He said, not really sure what else to say. "You saved innocent people that can return to their famalies...you did the right thing."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I know....." Kirinata whispered, seeing the truth of his words. "It's just so hard....." She continued to cry quietly for another few minutes. Then she pulled away from Nowe, rubbing at her eyes. "Sorry. I didn't mean to break down like that." She said, clearly embarrassed. She couldn't look him in the eye, ashamed of her crying. She hated looking weak. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Didn't I just say to stop saying sorry." Nowe said, giving her a playfull shove. "And don't even think this makes you look weak. Your only human, and we humans cry from time to time. It just shows your smart enough to not hold it in, and being smart is how you become a great ninja..part of it at least." he said and grinned.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata couldn't help but give a small smile. "I suppose you're right." She said with a sigh, wiping away the last of the tears. His words reminded her though and she frowned at him. "Speaking of smart, running off to meet that Uchiha was definitely NOT smart! What were you thinking?" She smacked his arm. "You stupid idiot! What if he killed you?" The tiger that should be....isn't....

"OW!" Nowe said, rubbing his arm as he immediatly hopped of the bed. "I liked it better when you were hugging me. Geez." he looked back at her, giving a glare. "I knew he wouldn't kill me. If he planned to he would have done it already back when we first met him. And I was thinking I'd finally get some answers as to what I am."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata crossed her arms, returning his glare with one of her own. She stayed seated on the bed though. "Who cares?" She demanded stubbornly. "You're Nowe and you're my friend! It doesn't matter what that damn Uchiha has to say about you. You do that again, and I will kill you myself!" She said threateningly. "Somehow...I think I'm going to know how I'm going to die..." Nowe muttered, rolling his eye's. "It's called the Rinnegan...it allows me to use all chakra types as well as other abilities like my Shinra Tensei. He wants me to join the Shadow Village so he can use my power like a weapon.."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata paused in her ranting. Well, she had to admit that was certainly interesting. "You still didn't need to endanger yourself like that! And you're going to go along with him. Right?" She asked, suddenly sounding unsure. She hoped he wouldn't be foolish enough to defect from leaf. But that was an awful lot of power she knew, and a lot of people would be tempted. She didn't think Nowe would be one, but she had to be sure. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata sighed in relief. She'd been pretty sure, but it was always nice to be completely sure. She grinned at Nowe. "You deserved that hit and you know it." She told him, not the least bit apologetic. "Besides, you're asking for it most of the time. Literally. That's what you get for choosing me as a sparring partner." She felt warmed by his words. They were nice to hear, especially after trying to deal with killing someone. It was nice to hear she was still wanted. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe smiled, glad she was back to her own self. "Yeah yeah I know. Fair game." He said, rubbing the back of his head as he laughed lightly. "Well...I just wanted to let you know I'm alive and safe...I guess I should go..." Nowe said. He loved being around her, but didn't want to be a bother.

Ichi headed to a ramen stand and sat down to order. He ordered a special bowl with just noodles and broth, the reason being it was his favorite kind. As he waited he thought about the shadow ninja from earlier and thought about the reaction of the one he'd targeted.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Something akin to fear flashed through Kirinata's eyes before she hid it. "You don't have to go if you don't want to. You're not a bother to me. Never." She said quietly. She didn't want to be alone right now. The death was still hovering in the back of her mind. She knew she had dealt with it, mostly but that fear would be there for awhile. And tonight it was stronger than it would be in coming days. Despite that, she would never force Nowe to stay if he didn't want to. The tiger that should be....isn't....
