You're right but that comes with teh leadership. Given the responisbilities of a Kage, Sato would make bold commands.

However, Ed, it would bring the wrath of the sands and the sea down upon the Leaf, razing the village. You gotta remember, as far as I know, only Mist has gone to the effort to make allies. In the end, it would be naught but ruins, and end with Satoshi being burned to ashes.

I think Uwa has oomph. She's just specially designed.

You're right.. Konohagakure had the advantage of being large and powerful, but with the lack of ninja, it would be overrun.

I guess Satoshi should just focus on Kirigakure...
