Does anyone know how to download PsP games to the computer to play?

What do you mean? Are you trying to play the ISO on the computer like an emulator or are you trying to download them and put the on a PSP?

Uh...probably emulator since I don't have a PSP. Do you know how to do that?

Oh yeah. I'm using it right now o.o. It's trusted and just about everyone I know who emulates has it. It's a pretty popular program too, and it follows legal rights very strictly. What are you trying to play? I tried BBS, but none of the torrents worked ;p;. Plus, if you got a laptop, sometimes you might have trouble getting it to work properly.
