"Well, originally I was thinking of you dressing back up in that dress and flirting with the prince, but after that little scuffle I don't think that's a good idea anymore. I'll have to come up with something else" Victor said.

Hector let out a small sigh of relief when he said that. "I don't want the prince to like me like that." She admitted. "I do admit I had a crush on him for a long time, but... it would never work out. I know him and his habits too well..." She sighed. "Candle light and slow music is a nice thought and all, but I've seen too much of the aftermath from other girls. After all, I'm the noble knight the maidens run to after their affairs with the prince. I think the prince realizes that too... that I'm not someone he can have for one night and toss aside when our relationship is already pretty close. And then... If he ever wanted to marry me, even if he loved me from the bottom of his heart, we both know he would never be loyal to me. It's just how he is when it comes to girls."

Victor shrugged. "I pity whoever he takes as wife" he said. "I'm waiting for my uniform to be cleaned. What are going to do now?" he then asked.

"It's getting pretty late. I suppose we could either go to sleep or sneak out into the town to where the common folk party." Hector suggested.

Victor looked down at his clothes. "Well, I suppose we'd blend in in these plain clothes" he said. Truth be told, Victor felt naked without his uniform.

"Ok... Um... turn around and give me a second." She said, moving behind the bed and going through the chest. She found and put on a nice but simple burgundy dress with a pale green undershirt, but wore her military boots and shorts under the dress so they couldn't be seen. She looked graceful and delicate as her muscles hid under the simple fabric, so she hoped no one would recognize her. "Ok. I'm ready. Lets get out of here before someone sees."

Victor nodded and then followed Hector. He didn't know where things were, so he'd let her lead the way.

Hector led Victor down several different halls and down the back stairs. Finally, they came out through the side door of the palace. "Be careful around here. It's easy to slip." She warned him, taking his hand and carefully leading him through the safer areas as they slowly made their way towards the town.

Victor followed. He almost slipped on the way down, but he caught himself. He continued to follow Hector until they reached town.

"The rough part is over." Hector told him. "Now lets get to the fun." She said, leading him to the edge of town.

Victor looked around to familarize himself with the area. "So where are we?" he asked.
