Artemis shrugged slightly. "I'm always here. But your right.. I should talk to her more often.." she said with a soft sigh, her eyes drifting to him for a minute, and then back to the movie, lost in her own thoughts.

Artemis shrugged. "So, I'm still here for you." she said, moving to her feet swiftly before moving out of the room, and into the kitchen. She moved over to one of the counters and opened it, pulling out a bottle of red wine. Moving over to another cabinet, she grabbed a glass and poured some of the wine, before replacing it and pushing herself up onto the counter, taking a sip.

Pardonner glanced from the doorway back to the tv. He wasn't sure whether or not she was trying to be nice, but it kind of scared him to know that she was really all he had in the world of the living.

Artemis sighed softly as she glanced out the window across the room, taking another sip of her wine. She then hopped down off of the counter and moved over slowly, keeping her eyes fixated on the outside world.

"What're you thinking about?" he called out softly as his eyes shifted back to the door when he heard her jump off the counter.

Artemis heard pardonner as he called out, and she turned her head towards the doorway. "Nothing." she called back, her gaze fixating on the outside world once more.

Artemis shrugged slightly, not taking her gaze from outside. "I don't know." she said in reply, her tone stubborn as well as her facial expression.

Artemis sighed softly and took another sip. "I was thinking about taking a walk, would you like to come?" she said, moving back into the living room doorway and looking down at him.

"Sure. I'll come with you on a walk," Pardonner smiled standing up quickly. Perfect. We can now escape this place. You're right about one thing, playing nice can give it's own rewards. Nice to see you're back, Nightengale. Were you just playing like you wanted her help with teaching me a lesson? Duh. I don't need help teaching you a lesson about how to stand up for yourself. I'll just simply take over our body and live out the rest of your life in and out of Lymbo if I have to. Nice to see you still care about me.

Artemis shrugged slightly, something in the back of her mind nagging at her. She had become too soft, and she knew for sure, that if Nightengale was awake, he would take advantage of this situation. Then, an idea sparked in her.. And an evil grin spread across her face. "Okay! I will meet you by the door, I just have to go get dressed quickly!" she called to him, the evil look wiping off her face and replacing a sweet look of pure innocense. Making her way to her room, she shut and locked the door behind her. He couldnt open the door if he tried, he had to know the code, and have her finger prints.

Pardonner nodded and walked over to the door as he began tapping his foot to spend some of his time so as not to seem too prepared to head out.

Artemis came back down a few moments later, before basically bolting to the door, typing in the code quickly, and giving her fingerprint. The door opened in a flash, and she hurried out. "Come on slow poke!" she said, before dashing down the path that led into the woods.
