After she rested from her first mission, Hitomi quietly entered the dojo and was pleased to see that it was empty. She needed it to be quiet if she was going to work on meditation and chakra control. She sat down cross-legged and set her katana down beside her. 'Hand signs. The thing that needs the most work on.' She sighed before starting to go through each hand sign, making sure that it was right. She then tried to preform random combinations of hand signs quickly, which only made her jumbled. 'Ok...I guess I needed more work than I thought,' she sighed and proceeded to slowly go through random combinations of hand signs until she was satisfied that she wasn't going to get jumbled up if she took it slowly.
Basic Chakra Training: Meditate 1/5
Hitomi gradually built up her speed as she made hand signs. After a while, she stopped and gazed at her reddened and sore hands. This seemed to only anger and determine her further. She began to go through the hand signs again and slowly built up her speed. When she sensed that her fingers were going to get jumbled, she kept a constant pace until she felt comfortable and increased the speed. After many muttered curses and a few 'damn it!'s later, she rested her hands on her knees, waiting for the dull, annoying ache to go away.
Basic Chakra Training: Meditate 2/5
Now it was time for the jutsu. It was necessary to be able to preform the hand signs for jutsu as rapidly as possible, a fact that Hitomi knew quite well, so she began to go through the hand sign combinations of each jutsu she knew. She started with the clone jutsu and proceeded to go through each jutsu's hand signs as many times as needed until she was satisfied with the speed. It was especially fast, but at least it was a great improvement from before. Hitomi began with the hand signs for the most easiest jutsu she knew and ended with the most difficult. After a full five minutes of doing nothing but performing the hand signs, she dropped her hands on her knees and breathed in deeply, trying to regain her breath.
Basic Chakra Training: Meditate 3/5
Hitomi heaved a sigh and closed her eyes. She cleared her mind of any thoughts and concentrated on finding her chakra source. Once she felt the familiar flicker of her chakra,mshe tried to sense it has it rushed through her chakra coils. It was sort of like trying to feel your blood rushing through your veins. Hitomi expanded her chakra and smiled as she felt the wind pick up speed around her. She molded her chakra and tried to concentrate it on wherever. She concentrated a bit on her hand and picked up a near-by rock and squeezed it. As expected, it crumbled into fine dust. She then concentrated some on her ears and had to wince. Everything sounded a lot more...loud. She hated loud. She was even able to barely catch a few words from the background chatter of civilians and ninja.
Basic Chakra Training: Meditate 4/5
For a moment, Hitomi was frightened at the thought that her hearing wouldn't go back to the way it was. As quickly as the fear came though, it was gone. She grew annoyed at herself for actually being afraid of such a trivial matter and concentrated on her chakra. It was currently flickering and rushing through her coils, most of it concentrated on her ears. She concentrated on that part and willed her chakra to calm. After a few moments, her chakra seemed to settle and her hearing became normal again. 'So that's how people can climb trees and walk on water,' she mused to herself as she took a breather before trying to work on her hand signs and chakra control for a bit more.

Uinsean walked in with two clones, and they moved over to a secluded area. Looking over the taijutsu scroll, he carefully studied the instructions for this technique, and nodded to the clone when he thought he was ready. Taking up his first stance, the clone charged him.

As the clone reached him it threw a hard right jab, and Uinsean stepped into the attack. He redirected it with ease and gentleness with his left hand. Then threw a hard right palm up into the clone's jaw. The clone stumbled backward, wobbling a bit, and then burst into a small puddle.

The next clone rushed him, and he prepared himself for the attack. This time however it was armed with a kunai, and he would have to be extra careful. This was going to be a little risky, but he was confident in his close range skills.

As the clone reached him, it lunged forward with the kunai. Uinsean stepped forward, and attempted to shift the blade with his dagger. He stumbled forward, as did the clone, and then they stood apart from each other once more. "Oops.. Think I pushed a little too hard.." He mumbled to himself, and took up the stance again.

As the clone rushed again, he readied himself, and thought about the amount of force to put in the blade. The clone thrust the blade at him again as it reached him, and he stepped forward again. Using his dagger to lightly shift the blade away from him, and then shooting his left palm up into the clone's chin. Knocking it back like the last one, and it had the same ending result. "That was great, I got it now.."

Uinsean walked up to one of the puddles, and formed a few hand seals. Creating another two clones, he got ready for the next step, and then read carefully over the instructions for this next technique. It was a simple step, but it seemed like it could be useful for so much more.

He nodded to the clone, signaling that he was ready. The clone then rushed him, and he attempted to do the half-step. Moving lightly out of the way of the attack, he felt a little odd stepping like that. Then readied himself once more, and nodded to the other clone.

The clone stepped forward, and threw a hard kick toward him. Stepping again, he lightly shifted out of the way, and planted himself once more. This was a very useful step indeed, but he needed to get used to doing it.

Having the other clone rush him again, he readied himself. This time the clone rushed him, and threw a hard right hook. He used the half-step once again, shifting out of the way. He turned as he watched the clone stumble forward, and almost fall to the ground.

He was sure he had it down now, but wanted to make it absolutely certain before he finished training it. Having both clones rush him, he braced himself. The clones attacked one after another, and he gently stepped out of the way of the first. Pivoting, he readied himself just in time as the other clone reached him, and he used the half-step to move lightly out of the way. Sighing, he smirked. "That was close.."

After sitting for awhile, Uinsean got back up, and walked over to a training dummy. Openning the taijutsu scroll, he read over the details of the next stepping technique carefully. This one sounded a little more complex, but he was sure he'd get it after some practice.

Standing infront of the dummy, he readied himself, and then shifted to the right. Spinning lightly as he moved, and stepping another little ways, getting behind the dummy. Using the momentum, he sent a hard kick at the dummy's side. There was a nice quick snapping sound as he hit it, and he smirked in accomplishment.

He was happy that he made a nice impact, but wasn't satisfied with it. "I know I can do better than that.." He spoke softly to himself, and readied for another try. Thinking carefully on his next move, and then took a step, spinning as he went. Throwing a back hand with the small built up momentum, he heard a small snapping sound as he came into contact with it's head.

Deciding to try another aproach at this, he readied for a new type of assault. He did a half step, and then spun behind the training dummy. Using the momentum in a quick 'gentle' kick, and snapping his leg back at the last second. The dummy made a hard cracking sound, and upon checking, the dummy had a nice sized crack going up it's back. "That's better.." He smiled to himself.

Uinsean had one more test to do with this technique, and readied for his final assault against the dummy. He took the half-step to gain some quick distance, and then spun in behind the dummy. Using the moment just like before, he made a snapping backhand strike at the dummy's head. With yet another nasty cracking sound, he split the dummy's head across the back. After examinating the damage, he smiled wide, and stepped back. "Perfect.."

Uinsean had one more technique to learn in this stage of his taijutsu, and he felt proud of himself for getting this far. Openning the scroll to the final section, he looked over teh details carefully. Realizing he wouldn't be able to do this with a dummy, he walked back to the puddles. Forming the hand seals, almost as a second nature, he created two water clones.

Telling the first clone to attack him, he readied for his counter. As it came in with a hard right jab, Uinsean seemed to float out of the way. He was now frequently combining his taijutsu and bukijutsu into greater combat skills. Grabbing hold of the clone's arm quickly, he pivoted, and sent him forward into the ground.

After the clone got back to his feet, he readied himself once more, and order the other to attack him now. As the clone lunged for him, he side stepped as fluidly as before. Gracefully grabbing his arm, and pivoting, he sent the clone to the ground in one quick fluid motion. He seemed amazed himself that he could pull all this off.

He smirked, and told the clones too keep attacking him, then readied for the assault. The clone charged in, and was sent to the ground, then he turned. Catching the other one off-gaurd by how quickly he sent him down too. They did this over, and over until Uinsean barely had to think about what he was doing.

Uinsean thought for awhile as they took a break, and got an idea. He stood up, and directed the clones up as well with a simple hand motion. Telling them to attack him at the same time, he readied himself, and began to sink into a relaxed state. Watching them carefully as they charged forward, he cleared his mind, and let his instincts take over. They both came in at the same time, from opposite sides, and Uinsean side stepped the one to the right. He grabbed his arm, and quickly pivoted. Then, keeping momentum, he swooped under the others arm, grabbing it and pivoting once more so that they collided on the way down. The two clones burst into a large puddle of water, and Uinsean took a deep breath. "W-wow..." He mumbled, nearly speechless.

╔══════════════ 『☯ ☯ ☯ ☯』 ══════════════╗ Noctis awaited in the Dojo, His father walked in and stood before him."It is time you learned the Sword style our family uses."His father spoke in a cold emotionless voice.As he took his katana from his sheath."I shall show you this only once, If you cannot master it after the first showing you are not worthy of using the style." He said. Noctis just stared him down and watched. His father took a few steps back and readied his weapon."Shajiku No Ame [ Axle Of Rain ]." He then with great speed sprinted towads Noctis feigning from right to left quickly he then broke the formation and sprint directly towards him and deliviered a powerful thrust into the air in front of Noctis. He then sheathed his sword and stepped back waiting for Noctis. Noctis stood and back up unsheathing his sword he then did the same as his father and feign from right to left quickly before breaking the formation sprinting directly at him and delivering a powerful thrust in front of him. His father nodded in approval as he pointed at 3 training dummies.

Noctis stood in front of the first one and readied his blade. He then sprinted as before feigning right to left. Though he was a bit sloppier this time around with the moving right to left. But he sprint perfectly and delivered the thrust to the dummy the tip of the sword barely punctured it.

Noctis pulled the tip of the blade, his father had a slight look of disappointed meant. This just made Noctis have a look of scorn and he stood in front of the second dummy. Same as before he sprinted and feigned, he did it with a bit more control over himself,but when he broke formation he didn't do it right but he still executed the forward thrust. This time the blade only went half way in.

Noctis didn't even look at his father that time he didn't care. He just stood in front of the last dummy, he needed to focus on this one and do it right. He Imagined the dummy to be that girl who had beaten him. He quickly sprinted off perfectly feigning and the break was even more perfect as he thrusted forward. The blade pierced right through the wooden dummy.His father nodded in acknowlegdement.

Noctis then took his seat, since he had learned that technique. His father would show him another one."Sakamaku No Ame [ Rolling Rain ], This technique is defensive, You use it to either create a distraction or avoid an opponents technique." He took his sword and slashed upwards, he created a wall of pure white snow. Noctis knew it was just his snow chakra but it did his job and Noctis admitted he was distracted long enough for someone to have taken him out. As the wave fell His father stood their waitng for Noctis. He stood and unsheathed his weapon. He pushed his chakra into his weapon and watched as it seemed a to glow with his chakra he slashed upwards and a very small wave appeared it barely covered him. He needed to practice it more

Noctis eyes glanced to his father who just stared at him. He then refocused his chakra into the blade. Once it glowed like it did before he slashed upward the wave was a bit bigger, but not as big as his fathers.

Noctis had to surpass him in this, He had to do better. He closed his eyes and focused on his blade. When he felt that his blade was full of chakra he slashed upward he watched as he made the wall very large but it was as distracting as his fathers, his father pure white snow seemed to shine drawing the eyes towards or away from it.

Noctis imagined himself in a battle situation, him against one of those uchiha with there fire techniques. The uchiha did a few handseals and created a large dragon made of fire. It headed straight at Noctis he Quickly focused his chakra into his sword and slashed upwards. He opened his eyes to his glowing wall which dazzled him a bit.

His father once again nodded."You're a quick Learner." He said to him announcing the beginning of Stage two. He then walked over in front of one of the dummies."Yarazu No Ame [ Last Minute Rain ], This is a type of surprise attack, making your opponent believe you are down." He then dropped his Katana, Noctis first thought he had accidentally dropped it. But he surprised him as he kicked the hilt of the blade sending it flying at the dummy. The katana flew right through the head of the dummy. Noctis stood and stood next to his father facing the middle dummy. He then dropped his katana in the same fashion he did and right as it reached the floor he gave it a swift kick. But it didn't fly straight it turned and flew into a wall.

"Don't put all your power into the kick. The sword will get there." His father told him. Noctis went and retrieved his sword, he got back in his position and dropped the sword. This time he made his kick a little less powerful but it was for naught. His foot completely missed the hilt of the blade and it just hit the floor with a thud. He could feel his father look and it made Noctis angry. He picked his sword back up and calmed himself. Being watched was never one of his favorite things. Especially not from your father.

He positioned himself with the dummy once again. He dropped the sword perfectly and waited for the right time, This time he was able to kick the hilt, the sword flew a bit straighter but barely scratched the head of the dummy as it flew by and hit the wall again. Noctis sighed as he walked to the wall and tried to take the sword out. He noticed something, it was much harder removing the sword from the wall when he kicked it lighter.

As he finally managed to remove the sword he got back in front of the dummy, this time he would hit the head directly. He took a deep breath in and then breathed back out. He dropped the katana in the right fashion, and then gave it a lighter kick than he did before. The sword flew true and hit the dummy in the head but the blade did not penetrate deeply.

Noctis went over and easily pulled the sword from the dummies head. He needed to get this right on this try. If he didn't he could be deemed not worthy. He needed to get accustommed as soon as possible and move on. He dropped the Katana and focused, He kicked the Katana a little harder as he flew straight and pierced the dummies head clean through. Noctis smirked as he went over and pulled it from its head.

Noctis as soon as he pulled the sword from the dummy was under attack. From his own father. All he could do was parry, wondering what the hell his father was doing."Next technique! Gofuu Juu [ May Wind, October Rain ], You must scychronize yourself with the breathing of your enemy thus allowing you to easily dodge their moves." He said that and jumped back and made a signal for Noctis to attack him. trying to give him know time Noctis rushed at him, Practicing the first technique he learned of feigning but instead slashed horizontally. His father leaped up over the blade as if he knew what he was going to do.

Noctis back away as his father slashed back down on him from where he dodge. He was able to match his breath so quickly to avoid his horizontal attack. He watched as his father paced around."The training for this is dangerous, for you either learn how to do it. Or I kill you with the sword in my hands." As he said that he charged straight at him.

Noctis concentrated on his father, his mind was going crazy thinking of how to get away of how to learn the technique. Then he heard it, He heard his father's breathing. He was right in front of him charging at him with a sword but he could match it. He swiftly dodge to the right as he father thrust towards his right arm.

Thought Noctis couldn't see it, his father smirked seeing his son catch on to the moves of the style so quickly. He then replaced his smirk with his cold expression again."Don't think your done just yet!" he cried out and he sent a kick towards him. Noctis felt the kick coming as he scychronized with his father yet again. And leaped high above the kick, he didn't know why he didn't know how but he had the sensational instinct he let loose a flying roundhouse kick, striking his father directly in the face sending him flying backwards. Before Noctis realized what he had done. His father had stood back up. Noctis sat and looked at the ground, he had sparred against his father before but never had he struck him with such force. He felt a blade on his shoulder, It was tapping upwards he looked up to see his father face looking right at him."That was a good kick, Your instinct told you to do that and you followed it."

Noctis father walked to the middle of the dojo again and Noctis sat down in front of him to watch."The next technique Samidare [ Summer Rain], You confuse the enemy with a flash slash, and your katana is free falling and is caught by your other hand and slashes at the confused enemy."He said as he slashed with his left hand and watched the katana freefalling and be caught with his right and slashed again. Noctis nodded and stood up, he focused instensly as he rushed forwards and slashed with his left arm but the sword was free falling and he barely managed to catch it properly with his right hand and slashed again.

Noctis walked over to the dummies he had to train on those now. First he needed to decide which hand he was going to use. He guessed it really depended on what side his opponent used. To catch them off guard on their weak side and confused. This time he was going to use his Left hand and actually attack with his right.

Noctis held the blade in his hand. He faced the dummy and charged at the dummy he faked slashed with his arm but the katana didn't free fall exactly like he did before. It flew out of his hand and into a wall again. He grunted and went over to it and pulled it out.

He stood once again in front of the training dummy. He charged at him and slashed at him. The katana did freefall this time and Noctis tried to catch it with his right hand. But there was some kind of complication in catching the damn blade that it fell and he couldn't do the second strike.

Noctis was past this boiling point as he picked up his blade. He walked back over to the position he was originally in. He placed the Katana in his left hand like he decided he would. He would get it right this time or else.

Noctis charged at the training dummy . It help him do better if he imagined a fighting scenario. He was running at his enemy and did the fake slash. The enemy fell for it and tried to avoid the first slash. As the katana free fell Noctis caught it with his right hand and slashed him again. the enemy was so confused he didn't even realize what had happened.

Noctis was tired, but the look on his fathers face made him push forward. he took another seat in front of him for the next lesson his father stood stoicly before him before holding his weapon before him."Shibuki Ame [ Splashing Rain ], A defensive technique where you coat your blade with your chakra element and spin in a counter clockwise motion creating a whirlwind defense of that said element." He said as his blade began to glow and he did a quick spin in a counter clock wise motion. The result was a display snow chakra that seemed to spin around and and looked like it would do a could job of defending. Noctis nodded and stood with his sword holding his sword like he did and coated his blade with chakra as he did before and quickly spun. creating his own whirlwind defense that didn't seem as powerful as his fathers.

Noctis waited till his chakra stopped flowing around and and readied his weapon again, suddenly his father threw a kunai at him. Without thinking he quickly spun with his sword and a cool breeze passed by him. He watched as the kunai was deflected by his defensive snow chakra. He almost had given his father a grateful look.

His father said nothing as he prepared more throwing weapons at Noctis. Noctis raised his blade again in the same position and coated his blade with more chakra. His dad watched him and when he knew he was ready he tossed the kunai and shuriken at him. Noctis spun and blocked the attack with his spin.

Seeing that his was catching quick, he summoned two Hatsuyuki clouds and quickly formed a Bowling ball sized snow ball. He would see if his son could block this. Noctis watched his father almost instantly make a snowball. He quickly coated his blade and spun. The snow ball pushed him a bit back so he needed to do it a bit harder.

Noctis father this time made a great snowball with one hand. he aimed it and launched it, if Noctis didn't properly block it then he would probably be seriously hurt. Noctis watched the snowball come at him. His eyes steeled over with a cold intenseness. His blade grew right with his snow chakra and he spun. Upon impact the snowball turned into mush and fell.

Noctis was exhuasted, they had been training so hard. He took deep breaths to control his breathing and he was kneeling on the ground. He noticed his father blade getting close to his shoulder before it even came close to him.

Noctis stood and faced his father who was just standing in front of him. He suddenly felt some kind of hostility and he brought his sword up. The instant he did his father's sword clashed with his. He didn't know if this was more training but he was so tired.

His father then back off a little and told him to attack. Noctis thought it was a bit strange but he did so anyways. For some reason he felt faster than usual and he got to his father position quickly and attack. It seemed like his father was surprised at something as he dodged.

Then once again he charged after his father. He seemed like he couldn't keep up. Which was very strange usually his father could see his every movement. But then he was disarmed and his father was about to strike him as he was barely able to move out of the way. Next he looked down at the scrolls again."Parry...A simple deflection of incoming techniques using either the hands or weaponry. While it does not change the direction of an attack entirely, the technique changes the direction enough for it to miss the user and sets up for a counterattack." He made a snow phantom clone and made it throw a kunai at him. With his stance it was actually quite simple to deflect the incoming weapon with his hand making it barely missing him.

Footing Two:Horse StanceThe user places his/her feet at about one shoulder’s width apart and sinks down by bending the knees, sinking until they could be sitting on a bench and their height would not change, all the while keeping the back straight. Noctis placed his feet at shoulder width apart, He then slowly bent his knees. All the while keeping his back straight. He felt a bit off balance while doing this and fell backwards. He guessed it wouldn't be that easy.

Noctis stood back up and got into the stance again. He made sure that his shoulders were at shoulder width apart. he then once again slowly bent his knees and kept his back straight. He was able to stay his time.

Noctis then moved on again he had much to learn about this style. He looked at the next scroll."Bell Ring Simple :: D Rank,Having mastered enough finesse not to move the shell of a bell, and yet still ring it with one strike, the user uses this skill to strike the opponent. This strike, aimed at the chest area, causes pain and the feeling of not being able to breathe in the opponent that lasts for a short while."

Noctis brought his clone over for this one. He then got into the stance and struck in lone in the chest. He was slightly off so it didn't do much to the clone. He grunted at his failure.

Notic shook it off and got ready to try again. He got back into position in front of his clone moving around to simulate a fight. Then he struck his clone in the chest. The effect was apparent as he grasped his chest and seemed to be not able to breathe.He then decided that was enough and headed for the hokages tower.
