The horse boil figured the base could use some MORE swamp slime so in they went. After all, he had more luck with this particular ingredient than he had the others.

When the contents were starting to look a little too thick, the boil added in some fresh water to break up the consistency.

Unfortunately it was too late for Tro to realize he grabbed the wrong bottle and was force to scoop out as much of its contents as he could.

Hmmm...

He had caught sight of a bug hopping along the ground. A few steps toward it, he lunged, lashing out with his net. Clearly cosmic dragons were not meant for hopping, or at least not so well as grasshoppers were. Dang it.

Alright you stupid bugs, you're not getting away this time! He was again stalking after the grasshopper that had escaped. But this time the bug was his, caught under his net despite its valiant attempt to escape.

One more bug (that butterfly buzzing around his ear seemed a likely target) and his net would be full, and a moment (and a butterfly) later it was. Six bugs, all fluttering around in his net, it seemed more than enough bugs.

His net full, Sheridan strode back toward Petro.

"How's it going?"

The stirring went a little out of control, the liquid frothing from the movement and evaporating into the aether. "Not so good," he grunted to his partner. Tarantandong walang kwentang... anong klaseng pagluluto ba ito? he mentally cursed.

Frustration was mounting in Petro and he ended up knocking the cauldron over. Actually he even went so far as to shift into his real form to kick at the offending thing.

He'd finished kicking the cauldron, maybe causing a dent here and there but nothing that did too much damage. Righting the cauldron, he saw he still had some of its contents left.

Still in his real form, the horse boil tried to calm himself. Though his temper was about as hot as the fire burning under the jacking cauldron. He clenched and unclenched his fists before finally pouring in some fresh water.
