Kisu Taonga was born to make trouble. There's no other way to describe her. Her brothers Funa and Yakinori may be great at practical jokes, but Kisu and her sister Ikuara are the Queens of misdirection. Hell on hooves aptly describes it. If you get them, they're going to get you back twice as hard. Sometimes, these girls just don't know their limits.
Kisu is a bit more of a planner than her sister. She uses her logic to use her skills. She's not above pranking herself to get her brothers in trouble, because what could be more brilliant?
Quirks/Character Traits: ✶ Is very possesive of her diveball ✶ Is always feeding with her brothers Yakinori and Funa and playing jokes on them/blaming jokes on them ✶ She hates to eat wet seaweed, and she hates the feel of coral.
Backstory:
Trinity Rose announced the news that she was expecting, and Gunkan and Nori decided to go on one last vacation before the new children were born. On their visit to an island, they left a sacrifice (much like the wishing star) as an offering for a blessing. The tiki god Lono granted them their gift after Nori offered seaweed and a flower he long treasured that Gun had given him. Gunkan left behind his dive ball, a treasured gift from his past that he never went anywhere without.
Their blessing was smiled down upon as Lono descended the rainbow to marry Laka. Gunkan and Nori were blessed with two more miracle babies--their first daughters--Ikura Raukura and Kisu Taongo.

The Continuing Story...
Lots and lots of jokes and pranks on and with her brothers. At a jokester's convention, she met the love of her life.
Meaning of (name): Tethys – An ancient Greek sea goddess, and mother of thousands of water nymphs.

Initially, Tethys was a shy mare. She was the epitome of propriety and understood her "place" in the world. However, when she began to lose her eyesight, she changed. There was too much living left to do. Since then she has become more outgoing, but still clinging to the raiment of her shyness at times.
Quirks/Character Traits: ✶ She loves everything about the beach, but has come to love the forest. ✶ Hates spiders and is terrified of going blind. ✶ Loves to tell stories to foals, and hopes to have some of her own one day.
Backstory:
Born to a struggling family, she was given up in hopes of a better life. As a teenager, she found work as a nanny/tutor to Uroko. Over the years, she told him stories that she remembered her mother having once told her and teaching him the lessons of life.
Very similiar in age, they grew together as friends more than mentor and student. As Tethys first began to realize that she as having problems with her vision, she was able to see that not only was she falling for Uroko but he was falling for her.
She knew that it would get him exiled and her in trouble so she did not act on her feelings. As her vision got worse and her longing for him, she decided to leave and explore the world before she lost all of her vision.
Leaving without a word, she disappeared into the night.
Somewhere along her journey, she met the Storyteller Horus, who made her a promise if she would spread the tale of "The Hanging Tree."
... What's this? It appears this month is special, and you can actually get up to 3% in Strength instead of 2!

The Continuing Story...
Tethys traveled much less of the world than she had planned when she met Celegras, but she knew that he was to be her happy ending. Her sight still comes and goes, and she does not know if The Storykeeper will hold up his end of the bargain.
Kurage has his father's gift of grace---which ironically is the absence of grace. Ungainly, and easy to stumble Kurage has always been klutzy. However, his ungraceful manners of walking and doing, do not extend to the kind and generous soul that he is. He is not someone who is easily taken in. Though, he may not be the most skilled knight, he is possibly the most dedicated. He throws his heart and soul into all that he does.
He cares a lot for his family, an interesting mesh of miracle siblings, half-siblings, and future children born of surrogates. He is open-minded, realizing that love can come in any form--he has seen it in both of his mothers and both of his fathers.
Character Traits: ✶ Kind and generous to a fault, which resulted in a doomed love story. ✶ Klutzy to an almost comical degree. ✶ Is on a walk-about type thing to find himself.
Backstory:
Born to two sets of lovemates, Kurage was raised dually by his mothers and fathers. He has a large range of siblings from adopted, full siblings, half siblings, and miracle babies from the wishing star.
Kurage is training to be a guard to help protect their family-based herd.

Stats Announcement!
Hey guys! You might have noticed we skipped a stats announcement last month and I'm super sorry for that >_< Thank you all for your patience with stats recently, I know I haven't been the fastest and I truly do want to apologise to you guys for that. I recently lost someone very close to me, and life's being difficult, but I'm trying my best to keep up and get stats out to you guys <3
