Marcus sees stars as Avari has enough wherewithal to counter and clock him with a forearm to the temple, forcing him to release the younger Fusion to however he would land

Avari lands fairly gracefully on the mat, dropping in almost a superhero-style pose. He stands up and attempts a dropkick to debilitate his opponent.

Marcus would have loved to be able to stay on his feet, but unfortunately, the combination of constant work on his legs and the most recent forearm, followed by the dropkick takes him back to the mat again. He doesn't want to stay down, so he rolls to the ropes and uses them to attempt to pull himself up again

Avari tries to quickly make his way to his feet, walking towards Marcus as he begins to stand. He will try to lean in to him and then irish whip him to the opposite ropes.

Marcus finds himself about to be whipped to the ropes but attempts to plant his feet and reverse the whip. on the rebound he'd attempt to catch Avari with another big boot

Things were all going to plan, Avari had flipped out of the tombstone attempt and had the upper hand again. But Marcus' power overcome the situation again and sent Avari towards the ropes.
Coming back was a big boot waiting for him but Fusion ducked under and ran at the ropes again, coming back towards Damone.

The younger Damone bigboots nothing but air as the smaller and quicker Avari ducks him and hits the ropes again. Marcus turns and attempts to catch him in a quick belly to belly throw instead

The quickness and speed of Marcus Damone was on full show in this moment. The big boot misses but he turns just in time to catch the high-flying Avari.
In an instant he is gripped by the waist and then flung across the ring. Fusion doesn't just land on his back, he is flipped a full 360 degrees and lands hard on his front, skidding across the ring and bundling under the bottom rope.
With a thud he lands hard on the mats outside!

Marcus might have thrown Avari a little too hard this time as the smaller man ends up on the floor outside. The Younger Damone rolls out of the ring to go after him, still limping from the earlier damage but forcing himself to move faster. He attempts to pull Avari up again and simply roll him back into the ring

Avari is feeling it as Marcus lifts him up easily and rolls him in to the ring. He tries to shake the cobwebs as the ref quickly checks him over.

Marcus slides into the ring as well and stands up again. Once again he'd attempt to pull Avari up and irish whip him to the corner, then follow him in with a clothesline if successful

Avari takes a hard irish whip in to a corner, his back hitting the turnbuckle and leaving a sore red mark. He stumbled forward arching his back with his arm behind him, wincing in pain.
The next thing he knows, he's flattened down to the mat with a hard clothesline from Marcus!

Marcus walks off a few steps after hitting the clothesline. That was simple and now it was time to go big. He stops in a corner and crouches down, waiting on Avari to stand to charge in for another spear

Avari slowly makes his way to his feet, preparing himself to come right back at Marcus. He turns and pivots on his heel, to face his opponent.

Marcus has his chance and charges in, aiming to spear Avari out of his boots and pin him
