Gryffindor hadn't had the best first game. Sure they got some points on the board but it hadn't been enough. Gabby wasn't holding it against anyone because that wasn't what teammates did. However, she certainly gave herself a hard time about not hitting the other team seeker. Today she knew she'd have to focus and get hitting the right people. Walking onto the pitch, Gabby took a breath and mentally prepared herself for a hell of a game.

Kimberly hadn't been overly happy about her last game. She'd been beat down and completely failed. Nothing she did was of any help. Today wasn't the day to think about it as she walked onto the field. She knew she needed to focus and hopefully get a few hits in. The least she could do was save her teammates. With the peep talk she'd had with Ace that morning Kimberly was sure she could pull it off.

Jeremy was not pleased. They had gotten quite beaten by Ravenclaw and he never got a chance to try and save a goal. The last part would have been ok as that ment the chasers were doing good but they nearly had their seeker taken out and the beaters had a off game. Hopefully they still had a shot. He came out in his uniform and keeper gear. He waved to Kim the beater, hopefully she was good today. It must have been extra rough for her.

spaceEve managed to get out onto the pitch finally, having been held up by seemingly every single thing that could've possibly gotten in her way between her dorm and the game. She greeted her team with an annoyed huff, and immediately went into her stretches. Last game, they'd lost, but only just barely. She'd been super proud of Drew, actually. Melody was a good seeker, and she'd very nearly beat her. This game, the younger girl was up against a more even match, so she stood a much better chance. And Eve was looking forward to doing better against Slytherin than she had against Hufflepuff. She was still annoyed that she hadn't managed to do any damage to Melody. Oh, well. She could always talk her girlfriend into training with her.

Drew excitedly walked out the pitch with goggles on, trying to brush off the chills from the really cold weather. Gryffindor lost the game against Hufflepuff last time, and yeah it sucked for Drew. But on the bright side, she was able to go toe-to-toe with Melody! And with that, Drew was willing to do this all over again against Slytherin. She kind of heard about Byuch. Sort of. She vaguely knew him because Vira was friends with his brother Detch. Drew supposed that the Slytherin seeker was kind of good, granted she witnessed him win against Fianna last year. She'll still do her best to fight him, though, because she wanted her house to win. Obviously. What kind of player doesn't want their team to win? Edgelords?
