Nowe shrugged, "I find them interesting. Gave me something to do when I was by myself at night." Tilting his head, he looked over at her. "Hey Kiri...you know I'll always be there for you right? That I'd always come and find you if you were lost..."

"Nothing." Nowe said, smiling now. "I just wanted to hear your answer. I already knew your answer..but hearing it is always nice." He sat up, looking over the village. "I really do love this place....I never told you this before...but my dad died on a mission. I know he didn't ever have any regrets though...because he died protecting his family and this village." Even as he spoke, Nowe kept his smile. You could tell he was proud of his own father.

"Yeah, I do miss him. but I don't worry about it to much. I honor his memory...by being a ninja. Protecting this village...my loved one's...innocents. Thats what it means to be a ninja...at least to me." He said, smiling over at her. "I have you and Zane to protect...and that's all I need to keep going."

"No offense buddy, but I'm just fine without you, for the most anyway." Zane said with a laugh as he walked up, deciding to take a break from training and just take a walk. "So, what are you guys doing up here at night, naughty things?" Zane said with a snicker as he plopped down next to Nowe. Zane was looking a little ragged and he had a few cuts on his body, his headband was also at his temporary camp, his hair covering up his Sharingan. "You know, it's been a while since I was able to look at the stars." Zane said thoughtfully.

Nowe smiled over at Zane as he appeared. "The real question isn't what we're doing, but why your spying on us." He said, laughing lightly. He relaxed, glad to have his old team here. This is how it should stay. When Ichi appeared, Nowe gave him an odd look. "didn't you leave?"

Sitting still in her personal garden of there clan's housing Kohane had taken awhile to rest deciding to listen to her summons worries. "That should be enough on that for a time" kohane muttered slowly getting to her feet as she dusted herself off. She felt like when she wasn't on a mission she was being run ragged. Between training her Taijutsu, Medical skills, and now her summoning Jutsu she didn't know how well she was going to keep up.

Ichi sat on the edge of the cliff and started talking to himself aloud, as if he was a teacher giving a lecture. "The nightmare mutation jutsu is a highly advanced form of taijutsu that requires good chakra control and a heavy supply of chakra. It is a simple technique with multiple facets. It is similar to clone based jutsus in that just as large amounts of chakra are needed for the creation of each clone, large amounts of chakra are also needed to perform the jutsu. The reason being that with the nightmare mutation jutsu chakra is converted and transformed into flesh and bone. The technique requires a moment of intense concentration and the subject of that concentration must be a non human organism. Once the organism in question has been focused on, the handsigns must be made and the name of the type of life form followed by the name of the jutsu must be spoken. At the same time as the hand signs are made The wielder's chakra must be concentrated and focused in the core of the body. It was a difficult jutsu to create and unfortunately once the chakra has been converted into flesh and bone, it cannot be reverted back into chakra; meaning that any and all body parts gained or transformed by the jutsu will remain so, a permanent reminder of the jutsu's use."
