I, Kiara Lime, agree to share ownership of Flynn with Mia Lovasz.  Flynn Basket UntaggedFlynn Basket TaggedFlynn Colt UntaggedFlynn Colt TaggedFlynn Stallion Untagged1. Both owners have the right to display Flynn in their signatures, teepees, journals, etc. 2. Mia has the right to roleplay/plot Flynn, keeping Kiara updated when the chance is there, on any of it, since she loves hearing stories and plot. 3. Breedings are to be discussed between the owners on a per case basis. 4. Each owner is guaranteed one basket from Flynn over the course of his breedings. If it's a breeding not related to the other co-owner, it'll be discussed between each other and the owner of the soquili breeding with Flynn, coming to agreements. 5. Should Mia vanish from or leave Gaia, ownership will transfer back to Kiara Lime. Plus both owners may break co-ownership at anytime, which will result in Flynn coming back to Kiara Lime as full owner. 6. If there's a life mate interested, all parties must come to an agreement. 7. Both owners can enter Flynn into wishing star, mixers, and Misc. 8. Both owners can also find/make relatives, siblings, friends, familiars for him. 9. He can have items added and mane/ body position changes etc added to him, but discussed between both owners.

Should Revel vanish from or leave Gaia, ownership will transfer back to Kiara Lime. Plus both owners may break co-ownership at anytime, which will result in Esther coming back to Kiara Lime as full owner. 6. If there's a life mate interested, all parties must come to an agreement. 7. Both owners can enter Esther into wishing star, mixers, and Misc. 8. She is not to have any mane's added to her, but can feel free to have items added, but discussed between both owners. 10: Revel can also feel free to roll her stats for her, making sure to tag, and let me know about them, as well as have her new stats posted in both of our teepee's. I, ~Latonia de la Courtel~ (Latonia) agree to co-own the following mare Sahaena (currently owned solely by myself) with Silver Metallic Dragon (to be referred to as Silver going forward).

Division of rights are as follows.
Signature & Teepee Rights:
Both owners have equal rights to sig and Teepee & Stat display. (Note that Sahaena is already MAXED on stats in Latonia's teepee). Silver will have the right to mirror this information in her own teepee.
Rp Rights:
Latonia and Silver will equally share full OOC and IC RP Rights. (To be dertermined amongst themselves and on a case by case basis.)
Plot Rights:
Latonia & Silver will share Plot Rights. Both owners must be in agreement for life-altering (recustom/Walker cursing/lifemate/death etc.) decisions.
Breeding Rights:
Owners will have rights to alternating breedings and choice of partner barring lifemate situation. (For example's sake but not exactitude, Silver may have 1,3,5th breedings while Latonia will take 2,4,6, etc). Owner will enter for their breeding and may select the partner involved at that time, unless there is a LM situation (at which time they would default to the mate). Owners understand that during the other party's breeding they are not eligible for any remaining basket that may occur. Both owners will have input as to how to home any third basket from any breeding.
Misc.
Both owners have equal rights to enter the mare (Sahaena) in Wishing Stars, Mixers, Breedings, and Misc. Events in pursuit of relatives, friends, or progeny.
Either owner may break co-ownership at any time. Unless stated in an alternate agreement, ownership will revert back to Latonia.

I, Graceangel, agree to co-own Fafnir uncertwith Whimsical Blue. Both owners are allowed to display him in their teepees and signatures Blue has rp/plot rights should she choose to want to use them. If Fafnir is left un-rp'd, grace has rights to breed him in random pairings. Both owners are guaranteed at least one shell out of breedings. If he gets lifemated, grace just needs to be notified and would enjoy hearing the plot/story behind that. If at any time should Blue leave gaia, after 12 months, full ownership would default back to Graceangel.

Graceangel I, Graceangel, agree to co-own Fafnir uncertwith Whimsical Blue. Both owners are allowed to display him in their teepees and signatures Blue has rp/plot rights should she choose to want to use them. If Fafnir is left un-rp'd, grace has rights to breed him in random pairings. Both owners are guaranteed at least one shell out of breedings. Owners will agree on plots/RP and both may persue anything agreed on 3. Breedings are to be discussed between the owners on a per case basis. 4. Basket rights resulting from this Soquili will alternate between owners, starting with Moo then going back and forth. Wishing Star entries for WS "breedings" will be decided on case by case basis as to whether both owners will enter for a basket or not 5. Should Moo vanish from or leave Gaia, ownership will transfer back to Manda. Plus both owners may break co-ownership at anytime, which will result in this basket and all it's stages coming back to Manda as full owner. 6.
