Doc started to dose off while listing to everyone argue about who's at fault. He knew that he shouldn't get in to it because he would have to put to much effort in to explain everything. So he decided to relax and sit back. He did know that he shouldn't leave since he was the one that dealt with most of the injuries there. He would wait until he was allowed to leave or asked to speak.

Aika wasnt sure if she was supposed to leave or not, so she did the smart thing and stood right where she was. She waited to be addressed and was wondering if the result of the mission would cost her more than some ryo. She shifted a little bit and a few bells on her outfit tinkled lightly as the movement caused them to shift slightly as well. It sounded like a rapid soft falling of light coins.

Bast momentarily ignored Knives' commentary as she mulled over what to do with the Shinobi in front of her, now numbering three. The punishment had to fit the crime, so to speak; they still had done a good job even with the hiccup, so decapitation was out of the question. As angry as this incident had made her, she was the Kazekage.
"Aika Nakata, Theodin Poe, Kaori Raigyo, I hereby sentence you to clean the Shopping Superdome. Your pay will be sent to the Academy to hopefully prevent this sort of thing in the future. You are dismissed." The woman tapped one finger on the stone armrest under her now-dogless arm. The major duty on her plate now taken care of, she signaled to Knives and Doc that they were up, quipping to the former: "Save that sort of thing for Konoha."

He didn't envy them though he wasn't lying to himself when he noticed one of the new genin who caught his attention with her pet, but they had definitely learned a thing or two. "Konoha? Thought we had a bit of an agreement with them at this point after goat boy came through here?"

Theodin Got kind of nervous standing there, he could tell the kazekage was pretty angry. Once she finished dealing out the punishment, Theodin nodded quickly and bowed, saying "Yes ma'am, Kazekage-sama" and turned to leave the area, heading for the shopping superdome.

Kaori nodded her understanding to the Kazekage, "Yes, Lady Kazekage." She whispered softly as she bowed at the waist. She gave Nova a look, which only made the large tiger roll her pale blue eyes, but she got up from her sprawled spot in front of the Kazekage and bowed the best she could. Kaori stood stiffly once more and motioned for Nova to follow her, because she knew if she didn't Nova would stay here and bother the Kazekage like she was a cub seeking attention. Nova huffed and licked the Kazekage's fingers before she bolted and all but ran over her smaller human partner to get out of the door.

There were very few injuries and zero casualties from the civilians." Doc crossed his arms and looked at San then back to the Kage. "I am curious why that genin was sent on the mission?" He asked. "Like, I feel that was a mission for more experience shinobi."

The sannin would pipe in rather quickly after the question, showing that there was indeed a rhym and reason to the decision to send less experienced ninja in to a mission like that.
"They were sent because back up was asked for to insure the survival of our citizens being held captive and, more accuratly, hostage. While the experienced ninja handled the aggressors, it seemed the UHV also had ample technology that was designed to cause a massive amount of damage in a short amount of time. If that was a trump card or a defense structure is to be determined, but without the help of those "less experienced ninja" it is obvious that the low injury and casualty rate of this mission would not be as low. While i believe in the suna upper ninja, even they assume and understand the limitations of their vast capabilities. now please....lets hear the report...."

"We do have an agreement with one of their Shinobi, but that doesn't mean we like them," Bast assured Knives, before turning toward Doc. The medic's question was a legitimate one, given the circumstances. San mostly hit the nail on the head, but she felt like some clarification was needed.
"There was initially one main objective for this mission," she began, "and that was to ascertain what was happening in Saraswati and to put a stop to any involvement by the UHV. When it became apparent that the situation was more complicated than previously imagined, we sent a non-combat squad to help minimize civilian casualties. A non-combat mission in the same vicinity as several more experienced Shinobi sounds like a safe bet, does it not? Now, will someone please give me a report?"

Knives grabbed the map of Sarawasti that was near by and put it on Bast's desk making markings on the map. "Alright so when we got there they had a black wall mostly about here around the port and between the port and the rest of the city it was basically a clear line of site cleaned zone with a red line about ehhh 300 meters or so here." Knives noted on the maps to Bast. "I may have caused some damage of my own here, here, here, and here, in order to make a distraction on the wall in order to sneak through the back into the load dock areas. Once we were in they had sectioned off behind the wall into districts. Each district had a black spire which seemed odd, James had more contact with the things than I did, though they felt.. odd." Knives noted marking the previous locations of the towers behind the UHV made wall.
"The citizens once we made contact made comment about some kind of plan to kill everyone if the people had gotten out of line, probably what the glowing lights from each of the tower were for once they figured out that they had been infiltrated by us." Knives mentioned pausing for a moment to allow San and Bast to process the information and allow Doc to add any information he had from his part of the assignment.

Daichi walked up to the kage as he entered the courtyard and gently dropped the small hairless wonder into Bast's lap. Gently licking the thing he nudged her hand and wagged his tail.

Doc listened to what was said and nodded. "The civilians certainly were afraid of the towers." Doc added. He then would let Knives continue. He would notice Daichi come in and go straight for the Kage, but he just ignored it.
