Had class from 12 until 5, so i couldn't answer this until now. sad

But yes, I made it for HV not too long ago. It just hasn't been added because my rpc isn't a chuunin yet. Besides the first picture, everything in there looks just how i made it.

You can reconfigure it if you like. I was going to do it myself eventually, but since it hasn't been used once yet I didn't know where it needed improvement.
