James strode into the office with a lot on his mind, having taken his time to compile the report he was going to give to the Kazekage. A lot had gone on, and James took the time to look it all over in his minds eye before reporting.
As always James walked in and immediately prepared a paper copy of his unedited memories of the action with Tensa Fuuin. James slid the paper over to The Kazekage.
"This was one hell of an intense fight and an installation, the soldiers mentioned something called Fenrir protocol. and I believe that that was the towers function.
None of the enemy who witnessed us lived, and I remained in disguise the whole time but they seemed to be ready for us in some ways."
James thought for a minute and waited to let Bast look over his memories.
"Overall the village is secure again."

San would be the one to reach out with his hand and handle the weapon, being the resident craftsmen of the village. The blade itself was originally very shape, lightweight, and well crafted, just as one would assume. Looking it over, the sannin smith found what almost appeared to be a tenketsu style structure crafted into the blade.....the very first leak of UHV technology that they had available to them.
"Sensei.....im going to have to look this over further....there are indeed several interesting properties that we might learn from it. When James, Knives, and Ayame are finished....have them go to my office."
Maybe Bast caught the reference, but he was certain James would pick up on it. There was only one building in the village that truly had HIS office.....

Before saying anything else, the Bast touched the Tensha Fuuin and frowned in consternation as it replayed in her head. When she had finished processing the information, she cracked her neck and sighed.
"Yes, you're dismissed, San," she told him, scratching behind Daichi's ears. "I'll let the rest of you go in a moment; I need to tell you about that smell of rot Ayame noticed. While you were out, Mamoru summoned me to the Fire Country to deal with a massive raincloud that had formed there. I'm guessing you all know the significance of Mamoru needing help. As it turned out, that raincloud had been formed by the Nine-Tailed Fox, which had recently broken out of a sealing container they had put it in. The rain rotted away the entire country. From what I understand, their last Hokage sealed the beast and neglected to put it into anyone, and their current Hokage was somehow absent and left the pot unguarded, letting the seal be broken. In both incidents, the UHV was involved. Oh, and someone named Koan was suspiciously absent, from what I remember. The Hokage met Mamoru and I after I sealed the storm into Mamoru; he relayed all of that information to me, then did a piss-poor job of trying to make us an ally on the spot, suggesting he had information on the UHV."
The woman sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose.
"The only reason I didn't kill him on the spot was out of pity. For our future dealings with them, we are to treat them as conspirators with the UHV. There's one Hatake in the Village currently who hails from the Leaf, and he is the only one we are not to harm, and that only stands for as long as he behaves. If there are no questions, you're all dismissed as well."
Meanwhile, the second clone was busy thinking up things for Aika to do. Figuring there would be no harm in letting her do the shopping, the clone quickly scribbled a list of goods down using a pencil and piece of paper a pen had delivered to it.
"Alright, Aika," it began, scribbling furiously, "I need you to go talk to the secretary and have him grant you the funds from my account to buy these things for me. While you're in there, if you need a rank up, you have my permission to grab a new flak jacket and arm guards, if you want them."
The clone handed her the shopping list, which totaled up to a whopping 5500 Ryou's worth of stuff: 2 Library expansion atlases, 1 library expansion encyclopedia, and 1 ton of weapons-grade steel.

"San, you have an office?" Doc jokingly asked. He knew that San probably had an office somewhere in the city, but knowing San, he is never actually there. "Isn't the whole world you office San?" Doc started laughing. He thought he was being funny.
"Anyways, I think I'll go do some training in the academy. I really do need to keep up my skills if I want to be any good." Doc said. "But I am curious why the leaf village seems like they need to keep calling on our help for matters that they should be able to handle them selves. Do we have information coming to keep us up to date on whats happening there?" Doc was really curious about what was happening over there. His clans homeland is over there after all.

Ayame shook her head at the antics of the leaf village. She gave a slight smile though. If they ever encountered the one with the ram again and he gave them valid reason she would let Daichi feast on them both. From what Daichi had told her, he had insulted her partner to a point where Daichi had been fairly close to just ripping into their throats. Daichi never got that upset unless it really hit him hard, "Glorious," Ayame said rubbing her neck to relieve some of the tension. Daichi's leg bounced as Bast hit one of his favorite spots and his tongue lolled out. When the Kage mentioned the Leaf Village Daichi suddenly got the taste for sheep, or rather a specific ram. He gave an evil smile and then tilted his head at San as he looked at the blade from the stupid bird. He yawned and nudged Bast's hand before going to stand beside Ayame. She looked down at Daichi and patted him on the head then waited for the guys to move. She had no idea where in the world San was talking about. She knew he had an office in the academy is that where he was talking about?

Now that they were, at last, alone, the clones destroyed the temporary outdoor office and dispersed, leaving the pens to gather the few papers left behind. On the inside of the building the actual Bast had set up a small bed for the cat and put out some food and a dish of water for it in one corner of her Office. The creature was snoozing at present, leaving her with some rare free time. She figured that, now that she had the opportunity, she should unclog her Chakra channels as best she could and work out her system through intense meditation. She quietly slipped out of her Office and went up to the roof.
The wind was fierce and tore at her clothes as she sat down and cleared her mind. The sun overhead burned the formal hat that shaded her head. As the thoughts dripped out of her head, she clasped her hands together and let the Chakra run through her body like a circuit. Whirlpools of Chakra swirled through her mind. Dark blue symbols shifted across her skin, dancing in the sunlight for the first time in ages. Her hair dripped with dark blue energy.
The darkness of the Void expanded out in front of her. Islands of rock floated in an inky black sky. The empty land expanded for an eternity in all directions around her. A gateway arose nearby, its profile a monolith that dwarfed all around it. She sharpened her mind and saw the characteristic green tint return to the Void. The shift put her at ease, but she suddenly felt exhausted. The scene faded and she found herself back under the hot sun, throat parched. She beat a hasty retreat back to her Office, where she found a pot of tea waiting for her. The first few cups went down quickly.

An academy student slowly walked through the hallways of the Kazekage Tower. It had been only recently that he had permission to even come around this building, let alone go within. However it was a rite of passage for all Academy Students when they were deemed worthy to meet the kazekage and get their headband, a symbol that they were no longer trainee's but Genin, a low ranking but Real ninja.
The young teenager was a fiery, orange haired boy with a perpetual grin on his face, long and curled like that of a fox. His eyes were like bright purple gemstones in the faint light of the interior. The cloths worn were a dark purple, almost black, which in this heat was probably a curse. Baggy, cloth pants and a martial arts gi adorned him in that color. On his back was a basic black sheathed katana, a cheap weapon that was more then likely to break if anything.
Finally reaching the office doors he looked up at the two Guards that were standing there, "Excuse me sirs. Could I enter the office?" he asked giving a small snicker. "I would like to receive my headband."
The masked ANBU guards at the door both grunted and stepped aside, allowing the boy entry. The young Yoshimitsu would hear a scrabbling like hundreds of insects from beyond the door, the rustling of paper, and a soft meowing. If he entered, he would see a large but somewhat cramped room, a heavyset wooden desk at the far end with a silver-haired woman lounging at it. A hairless sphynx cat chased animate, insect-like pens around the room as they transported and filled out paperwork.
"Welcome!" the woman would call out between sips of tea from a skull-shaped teacup that was, in fact, actually made out of a human skull. "How can I help you?"

Ichirou slowly pushed the open, cautiously, not knowing what was on the other side of the door. His attention wasn't first given to the Kazekage herself but the odd things that filled the room. The Pen-bugs were the most bizarre thing that he notice, he had never seen anything like them before.
"Neat..." he said under his breath before finally giving the Kazekage his notice, though he knew his error as his hand scratched the back of his head, "Sorry, Kazekage-sama." he said apologetically as he stood in front of the desk.
His amethyst eyes took note of the skull tea cup and that made him pale a little, "I was told to come here when I graduated the academy, Ma'am." he said with his permanent fox like grin on his face curling a little bit more. His eyes continued to avert their gaze though as the Pen-bugs and other things moved about, he seemed to have a very short attention span this boy.

"I think I'll get out of your hair and go do some training." Doc said as he bowed and turned to head out the door to the academy. He was glad to see a new shinobi talking to the kage to get his head band. It didn't feel that long ago since he got his headband. Doc left. ((EXIT))

"Ah, then you'd be wanting a headband then, yes?" Bast asked, setting her cup down. She hoisted a box full of headbands onto her desk and slid it toward the fresh face. "We've got more colors if you don't see one you like. You can get Jutsu scrolls up to C-Rank from the library, and higher later. If you get to Chuunin, you'll be awarded with a flak jacket or a new weapon. The secretary downstairs handles all of the low-level missions that you're likely to do until you get a bit higher in rank. We've had some problems with fighting in the streets before, so please confine as much training as possible to the training grounds. I... think that's all. Any questions?"
The cat hopped up onto the woman's lap, visibly startling her. She tentatively petted it, and relaxed when it hopped away again. Such was the life of a new pet owner.

The young teen's tanned hand flicked over the box for and paused for a moment, swaying from side to side , trying to decide what color. After a little while he picked up a black band and tied it to his upper arm, using his teeth to get the last knot in. "Thank you, Kazekage-sama." said Ichirou in a happy sing song sort of way.
"Is there any rules to say we can not train first before taking on the missions? Or are particular training regiments for those who complete a certain amount of missions?" he asked trying to get all the boundries defined, "I'd like to start my more intense training right away, so that most missions us Genin get would go smoothly." he added.
He rubbed his chin a bit at the final bit of information, "You have had a problem with Genin tearing up the streets? Or have higher level training sessions gotten out of hand?" he asked, seemingly a very curious sort of kid. "Just so I know when I should get out of the way."
