Articuno sped back in, regarfless of Alex's warnings constant warnings. It's short beak poised for a strike, the enraged bird dove. It's target... Czar.

"Articuno isn't giving in." He whispered it as though it was never meant to leave his head. Raskal turned to Lilly with a look of certainty on his face. "Lugia and Czar can't communicate with it because i't too stressed from us being here. But I don't think it's going to stop unless we either try to capture it or the league champion over there figures it out."
He didn't mean to say it with the wicked tone that he did, Raskal had Glanced a look at Czar's badge case the day before. He may have been chanpion over sea's, he thought, but when you deal with sometihng as strong as the Kanto legendary bird trio, one needs to have a show of their skills.
"The badges," Raskal remembered, spinning on his heels to face the battle, nearly falling on this slick floor in doing so. "I don't know how the badges where you're from work, but here they really do control pokemon of a higher level. When I worked for team rocket there were three veterains who were said to have controlled Multres, Articuno, and Zapdos."
He paused to examine the confused expression on her face.
"Each of them controlled a genuine badge, not the replicas they pass out to random trainers. These three really did live up the the hype!" He explained hurriedly.
