I didn't want to use my Katon technique spot. Kazuya is almost solely a Fuuton user. xP
13 spots isn't that many.

Then perhaps one of his attributes should have been akin to "Soul of Wind" to transfer fire ninjutsu spots to wind?

That would have been all well and good, if I didn't have to learn all my jutsu from scratch. I needed that other attribute so I could fill up his list. xP

Right... Although as a jounin, you get a pretty decent cut for ninjutsu, along with academy ones too~ I mean hell, you can get stuff down to six or seven instead of like fifteen.

And Kaz, just learn the fire immunity things and SET YOURSELF ON FIRE. ALL THE TIME. BURNING HOKAGE HAS BURNING PASSION, HOTTER THAN AMATSERU AND CAPABLE OF KILLING ANY TAILED BEAST.

With his first attribute Mana, he can pretty much learn A-ranked jutsu in 3 or 4 posts.
