Tayu blushed. She plucked a red dahlia and a purple tulip from the bouquet and deftly wove them into her hair. "These two are my favorites," she smiled. "And thank you. I just felt like letting my hair down for once. So, shall we go in?"

"It's not often I get a chance to dress casual." Kiri said with a laugh as they entered. "I could say the same for you too. It's almost odd, not seeing those swords at your back. You've had them as long as I've known you." She touched his shoulder lightly, where the hilts of his swords usually could be seen. Taking a seat, she scanned the menu. "Hm. Tough choices. Any idea what you want?"

"Well, one of those swords was my fathers, I like to keep it close." He said, looking over the menu. "I don't know... a couple things look good. Hopefully your mom's reference was spot on, cause I'm starving. Ninja rations arnt' exactly a five star meal."

Kiri chuckled quietly. "Well mom never seemed to have anything bad to say about it, so here's hoping. She said she used to come here a lot after her missions to relax. Actually, this is where she met my father." She admitted with a sheepish smile. "I think I'm going to try the sesame seed dango and the chestnut dango. With some tea on the side." She decided, telling the owner of the little shop.

Nowe looked up and gave her a small smile at the story, before ordering his food as well. Putting down the menu, he rested his chin on his hands. "I'm starting to get a little worried about Zane...that eye is putting alot of stress on him."

"Is he alright?" Kiri asked, instantly worried for her friend. She hated the idea of him being hurt. "What's been happening? What did I miss?"

"No, he's fine." Nowe said, putting on a smile in hopes of calming her down. "He's just been over working himself...trying to advance those mangekyo techniques." He shrugged, "He's just tired."

Kiri sighed in relief. "How about we go talk to him tomorrow then? See if we can drag him out on a fun day, with no training or anything. Just a day of relaxation." She suggested easily. "Maybe that would help him."

"Sounds like a plan." He said in agreement. As much as he wanted that to be true though, there was always a chance a mission was going to come up. Ninja were needed in times of war, and Seito wasn't going to stop for fun. When their food was ready, he took a bite and let out a happy sigh. "Remind me to thank your mother next time I see her."

Kiri knew very well there was always a chance of missions but she like to try and look on the bright side of things. There was always the chance there weren't missions tomorrow. She nibbled at her dango and grinned. "Mom has good taste, doesn't she? Man this stuff is good." She popped a few more pieces into her mouth, washing them down with some tea.

After leaving the Tsuchikage with the other two Kage, Yumi decided to explore the Leaf Village. She often heard some of the older ninja talk about it, how it was a nice place, nice climate and all that. I wonder if that Zane person is out, I never really did get to thank him for his help. Yumi thought to herself and heard a grumble come from her stomach. "Figures, now I wonder where a good place to go would be." Yumi said to herself.

Tayu smiled and followed Kikou, slipping the hand not holding flowers into his. She didn't really know why she did it. It just felt like an appropriate thing to do.
