"I could feel a bit of Charles' essence left from his "message" left on you that he imprinted, to make sure I knew it was him and nobody else. To put it in Ghostbuster terms, he basically slimed you, but without the slime."
Next he spoke with Rosemary about the situation, and explained that he wanted to go over here, checking her for any out of place essences. In doing so, he found more of Charles around her, after doing the same calming and extracting process with Rosemary.

Rosemary was surprised he hadn't 'seen' her dream as well since he could have easily done so in her sleep. Rosemary's dream though was more random and possibly triggered by Veni.
"What are you thinking about, Jacob?"

"Honestly, I'm debating on what to do here. I've put off going after my mentor spirits for some time now. And as time has passed on, I've become more hesitant each time to return to Ni'Jitogrimiz, now that I have more purpose..."
Jacob unsheathed his dagger and flipped it slowly and skillfully between his fingers in thought.
"The last thing I want to do is get captured, and not be able to return to you two... Before that was a risk I didn't even consider or care much about."

"We should prepare a few days and go get them," said Rosemary still lying on the bed slowly removing that more random dream of hers from her mind.

Jacob shook his head slowly.
"Yeah, not exactly proud of how I thought back then..."
He then glanced over at Rosemary with a very surprised expression on his face. She was voluntarily suggesting that they go BACK to that horrible place? Probably not without some hesitation, but it still left him speechless for a while.
"...Are you absolutely certain about this?"

Rosemary didn't look too happy. "Of course I am not absolutely certain about this, but your insufferable intuition is... or maybe it's really the voice of God and I don't know it but probably should, like Sephiroth when he is so very certain about something, trying to compel me to do one of the last things in existence that I would want to do on a whim."

He gave Rosemary a loving caress, full of necro-energy, giving her a long look, then over to Veni. Both of whom he cared very much for, and he let that emotion stay with him for the longest time. He couldn't deny there was some part of him that was longing to go back to rescue his mentors, that something was driving him to return as much as he wanted to not go.
To deny that feeling would be wrong. He gave a slight sigh.
"Then... we shall prepare within the next several days... but for now..."
For now, he wanted their closeness. And continue to want for it, until that fateful day would come.

Later on, despite having no one mention of their plans to go to Ni'Jitogrimiz, Sephiroth approached Jacob when he as mostly alone and simply said, "I will go as well."

Jacob was only slightly surprised, but gracious.
"I guess I shouldn't be too surprised you knew what we're up to. That holy essence is growing stronger in you with each day I think. Thanks, Sephiroth.
I still need to ask for help from Thas, and Milaku. We've agreed that she would know her way around a bit more even than I in that horrible place..."

Sephiroth turned his head to an angle in which his hair would hide his face from Jacob's comment. "Yeah. It isn't as foreign of a feeling or unbearable in a way (meaning how sinners can't bear to look at or be with God) as I would have thought previously if one were to have told me this were to happen..."
Despite this Sephiroth was still a little uncomfortable with the pure holy essence he had because he still harbored some ill feelings that he needed to rid himself of before it could truely 'live' within him and reach its full potential. He has vastly improved and it showed with that growing essence Jacob just mentioned... there was just that one negative thing he had trouble letting go of and knew that it was hindering him until he did so. At the same time he knew that with help and when the time was right he would let it go.
"It helps that it started off feeling like the familiar Soul Fortress. Someday many others will feel it too."
"I just warn you to work on your general hatred of the Niearchim or anyone over hating the acts that they do. Of course you can still be weary of them." This was one of Jacobs flaws. It could have been a huge hindrance the last time they were all there and had accumulated the Niearchim named Milaku. Luckily he did the equivalent of crossing his arms huffing it out with a warning after arguing with the rest of the group of whom Rosemary wasn't a part of due to being captured, but if she was there she would likely have agreed a cautionary favor for the gal.
"I suppose you're going to ask the one man army to stay here then? Or are you trying to avoid relying on him too much?" Sephiroth was wondering when the huge powerful demon, whom he and some fairys were able to hold off against for a few minutes, was going to ask them for some sort of favor. Even if Dieamos hadn't had his whole heart into it back then, he now wondered if he could hold up against him in a similar situation for longer.

"I was concerned about Dieamos being too noticable, even in a smaller more humanoid form. He's a very powerful being, perhaps too powerful that he might be detected and captured. Plus, it might be more beneficial if he stayed here in case the house came under attack.
It's difficult but... I'll continue to work on my hatred issues. Milaku has proven me wrong that day, and has continued to do so thankfully."
Abigail had already talked with Sephiroth earlier about her feelings with him going to Ni'Jitogrimiz. She hated the idea, absolutely, but she didn't want him to stop from doing what he felt needed to be done. So she had been clinging to him somewhat extra the past number of hours, collecting loose feathers of his for her own purposes. She had a tough enough time of keeping Harold from wanting to go, who was like a surrogate father to the girl. It was bad enough her fiancee was leaving for that nightmarish hell.
Fal'Jenul came up to the two gentlemen at this point, placing a hand on Sephiroth's shoulder and giving it a gentle squeeze.
"I wish to go along with you, Sephiroth. I'd be less recognizable if I were to merge into your body again for a the trip to enhance your abilities and act as extra sensory perceptions. Do you have any objections to this, Jacob?"
Jacob shook his head. "I'll check with Rosemary and Veni to be sure, but I don't think it'd be too much of a problem... It's just up to Sephiroth now."
