Pardonner ran after her quickly keeping his pace even with hers without really trying. He had grown so used to running from things down in Lymbo that running was more like walking. "What's wrong with you? You seem a bit worried about something."

Artemis shook her head as she slowed to a walking pace. Her crimson eyes stared ahead, and she seemed a bit.. distant. "Me? Worried. No, I think something is the matter with you." she said in her smooth voice, brushing a strand of her pale hair from her smooth face.

Pardonner slid to a stop and glanced back at her. "What do you mean something is the matter with me?" he asked as his voice seemed to change into the tone Nightengale would use.

Lilian shrugged slightly. "What do I mean?" she said, not answering his question. She then began to run again, this time using her powers to their abailities, shooting off like a bullet.

Pardonner appeared in fornt of her, knocking her feet out from under her. "Why don't you answer it, Artemis?" he asked casually as the sweet expression he usually wore had turned into one of Nightengale's more serious appearances, but still had the tint of Pardonner's innocence.

Lilian fell and landed in the dirt path, pushing herself up quickly, standing. "Why don't you just be quiet." she said, growling lowly before taking off once more, her pale hair flowing behind her as she ran.

"Fine then. See you later. Maybe," Pardonner smiled running off in the direction of getting off Artemis' estate and back into the freedom of the world.

[MUHAHAHAHAH] Knowing that Pardonner and nightingale would escape as soon as out in the open, lilian had called a little friend over.. Suddenly the ground dropped out from beneath Pardonner, and as they fell into a large hole, a boy appeared, watching them fall he smirked. "Well, she was right." he muttered in his husky voice, his golden eyes shimmering.

"And who exactly are you?" Pardonner asked bluntly landing on his feet as his eyes stayed focused on the boy. He ran up one wall and began jumping from wall to wall until he reached the top and sat casually on the edge of the giant hole opposite of the boy.

Xavier's eyes were wild, a smirk crossing hi features. "I'm lilian's ex, Xavier. But enough with introductions, how about we get you back to her..?" he said, at Pardonner's side in a flash. He grabbed the boys collar and yanked him up, snapping a collar upon his neck. "If you thought she was evil.. I'm fifty ******** times worse." he growled in the boys ear, his voice deep. He let the boy drop to the ground before turning and starting back towards the house.

"Scary. I'm not exactly scared of you or of her," Pardonner growled digging his heels into the ground as him and Xavier both stopped moving. "I'm also not going back."

Xavier shrugged slightly, looking back at the boy. "Tat collar on your neck.. It can only be removed by me, NO EXCEPTIONS! so if you don't come back, it WON'T come off. And if you step off of these grounds.. ZAP!" he said with an evil grin, before walking once more, leaving him behind.

"Can't wait to see it's energy run out trying to zap me," Pardonner chuckled. "Pardonner would be crying like a baby by the first step off the grounds while Nightengale would have nonstop giggle fits. Me, however, don't feel anything whatsoever."
((Forgot to mention that he secretly had a third personality. sweatdrop ))

Artemis appeared behind Pardonner, grabbing his arm. "Xavier head back to the house, I née to speak with him.." she said softly, before turning him around. Xavier nodded and disappeared. "Why do you hate me so much..? I got you out of the hell whole slave market.. And vie been so nice to you lately.. So why.. Do you hate me..?" she asked, her eyes watering slightly. She had never cried in front of ANYBODY before, so she tried to pull herself together. "I know I'm not that fun to be around.. But that's no reason.." she whispered quietly, her voice wavering, her crimson gaze sad.

"I don't hate you personally. I just hate being treated like a pet that people think they can abuse," Nightsong replied with a bored expression. "In all actuality, I might actually enjoy staying here with the few exceptions of coming in and out of the property and at least something fun other than torture devices. Oh yea. You can call me Nightsong. Pardonner fell prey to Nightengale's inward taunts so now they're playing maid & master in there." He gave a small smile as he pointed to his head when the words 'in there' slid off his tongue.
