i think it would be good to have that "reserved" forum in this guild be used as a trading thing for TM. since most of us have issues with the shop forum on TM, we could put stuff up in there! :3 trading TM stuff, not Gaia and TM stuff, i meant. /though i'd really like to do that. rofl. temping as hell. rofl.

;D That's exactly what the "TinierMe T r a d i n g - A Market" subforum is for ~ It could use some more activity.

I thinking of using the reserved subforum for dead old thread in the future - if there will ever be such a thing here. If not, then probably a place for crew to consult on contests or something if we ever get big enough to need a crew.
Maybe something else will come up that would give good reason for it's use = 3=

Normally you should get random requests just from standing idle in town but somehow no one is sending them anymore (or my friend requests for towns are maxed out).

I personally prefer HTML over BBC cause you can do more with it, but I also prefer BBC over broken HTML.

@bibortetu: I'll look into the icon thing. What you describe totally reminds me of chrome - like when you don't have a homepage designated, it shows you icons of your most viewed websites o 3o

And yea = 3= Those jobs just come by every now and then. That's pretty much how my teacher works it out - it's just an off to the side thing, so I'm thinking maybe it would be a nice thing to do whenever the opportunity comes by while I either look for the career job, or even while I'm working it for some extra pocket money.

@Takiies: Rush talks highly about Safari, so I've always imagined it's something good. I used to use it years ago; it was nice then too, but I have no idea how it runs now days with whatever updates must have been put into it.

i got mine on the first try xD heart

but from what i've heard... 3-5 tries is good!! some people try 10+ and still fail eek

Hi I just joined so I'm gonna jump right into a conversation? XD Since there's more than one it seems confusing.

I've been a Mac user since I was 12 (6 good years), and Safari has always been the browser of choice for me (because IE is horrible on Macs and FF I find slower than Safari when it comes to loading pages on certain sites)

As far as I'm aware not much has changed hugely about the browser besides some minor new features like the Favorite Sites Page, it appears whenever there's a new tab or window (I find it quite handy going inbetween sites). It'll always show the most frequent sites visited (most popular will always be near the top), but you can also delete anything you visited that pops up there too.

Safari is pretty simple and easy to use and I certainly say it's a really nice browser.

So it seems Safari is much like Google Chrome. When I feel less lazy, I'm curious to test out browsing speeds; 6 years huh. I was a mac user during my high school years, so 4 for me ^^;
I miss working on the iBook I had at the time. OSX is very nice to work with.

I've heard some small things about Chrome but not enough to know how the browser works. So it's more of a big gray area for me. sweatdrop

When I first got a Mac it was one of those big monitors that was the whole computer. It came in different colours like pink and orange. I can't remember the model name for it though. XD It was pretty huge and heavy though

Now I have a macbook pro (it's about a year or two old now). And my family owns a OSX leopard for a home monitor smile They both work nicely but I dislike that I can't play many computer games on macs D; (gamer nerd)
Guess I'll have to stick with my sims 3 and hopefully the future release of l4d and l4d2 for the mac

They still haven't released a Mac version of the L4D games on Steam? I would have thought the leading titles would have already by now D;
Valve released Portal for Mac a couple of months ago. They should probably be working on a Mac version for their L4D if that's the case.

Just checked it out. L4D series Mac client will become available this October - so next month =]
You'll be able to play with PC users just fine too from what I read.
I almost regret only having the 360 version, but I adore Xbox Live.
