She watched the chuunin, Inka, reach out for Yokai. His hand fell to his side, she knew Inka was watching the water dripp from the side of the bed. Dai hung her head. That was the first time and last time that she had met Yokai since a year ago. His eyes were much kinder. Dai never got to apologize to him for leaving Sypher at the gates. Dai sighed a breathless sigh and the dripping water was all that filled the room with sound. But then Sypher woke, but she remained quiet against the wall. It wasn't her place to talk. After all, she was a foreign ninja in this land. Inka spoke to Sypher. Confirming everything to the kage. Dai was about to speak up about what happened at the prison, but then a hooded medic came into the room frantic about something that happened. Dai closed her lips and turned her eyes to the medic. She looked down at the paper lily bouquet she had made. An apology gift and more over, the explanations she owed to Sypher. She would continue to wait her turn. Sypher had more important things to address before hearing her list of apologizes about the last few years. She heard a name she just met. "Suoh?" She spoke his name with a questioning look. "The boy left to protect me at the prison?" Dai bit the inside of her lip quickly. She looked to the side. She knew better than to butt in like that. The medic had information about a possible threat within Kiri village. Would it be wrong to send messages to all kages about the turn of events? She pinched herself, she was meddling into things. She is a shinobi of Kumo; she had no place here. Only to speak with Sypher. Sebastian took a second to breath, slow his thought process down, and then recite what he had actually wanted to, now that he had the Kage's full attention. If what he hypothesized came true, then Kiri, no, the villages would be in some serious trouble.
"Yes sir, Sypher Kage. It all started with Souh, as he was giving me information about this ACANF project, or Artificial Cognitive Alternative Neural Fabricator. This project, and the associated research, being associated with the mind and its power over the body, peeked my curiosity and interest. Then the Prison riot occured, Souh left, and a mechanical bird came to deliver me a message, offering me details of this project. All i had to do was go meet in the swamplands. I figured it would be in both my best interest, and that of the village, if i at least investigated this source offering information about such a high classified project. I took Max with me, and in the swamp we met a fellow named Akane....who looks almost exactly like Souh.
Sebastian took a moment to let this segment of the story sink in before continuing, taking a deep breath himself to center his memory to allow him to retell the story accurately.
"This Akane fellow wished to make an information exchange. In exchange for information on this ACANF project, and a little back groud on our mysterious visitor, he wanted information about stealing and aquiring bloodlines. I Merely explained the process was possible but left out key details, such as the fact that i can do it, and the medium I use is the Jiongu blood we both shared. Akane then goes to explain what the ACANF project was, that it was a way to merge three seperate entities, a Mind Body And spirit. Akio, the driving force of the whole project, would be the spirit. Souh, would be the body, and Akio would be bound to it. But in order to complete the test and finish the project, another entity had to formed, created, and perfected. This was Akane, a synthetic consciousness created only to act as the binding agent, the perfect glue to keep Akio and Souh in cooperation together. The ACANF project was desigend for one thing....to kill the Kazekage. He was inserted at a very young age into the Sand village, and when the time was right, he would assassinate the Kage. We know now that he failed.
That was prehaps the hardest part of the story Sebastian had to retell, but this next part would be the most important. The consiquences of the actions of the few would affect the many, so an even lesser few would need to act in order to stop it. Sebastian didnt like the idea of sharing so much information, or working in close conjunction with people who hated and despised him, but in the order of self preservation as a predator, sacrifices had to be made.
"He then went on a rant about giving this world a State of Stasis, went to brag about surviving the encounter with the Kazekage and this Sanshi Satetsu, that he brough his ultimate tools of death and nonchalantly trotted into Kiri and had us help him survive a certain death. He wants to create world free of suffering, free of power, free of loss and death. The worse part, he tried to recruit both Max and I for this. naturally, we both declined. He said AFTER kirigakure, he would go on for the world, and in two years time, that Max and i would beg to be in his world. The state of the world is going to decline....and i think he means to make good on those threats, Sypher Kage."
It would be up to the Kage to set action to the warnings that Sebastian brought. However, Sebastian had an idea of his own. If the Kage failed to act, failed to prepare themselves, then he would have to be gone. Whatever the cost, this dream world could not be. The adaptations, the state of humanity would decline. Natural selection would be no more, and Humanity would fail to adapt....while the rest of the world would continue on growing and progressing. This...this could not happen. He weighed the possibilities of both ideas, and naturally knew that Inka would be skeptical of his findings. For better or worse, something had to happen. If they failed to act, then sooner or later they would be dead....

Sypher watched Inka leave, wishing he could just call him back but a voice he hadn't expected to hear spoke up Daitomi...? he stared at her for a few seconds, not sure what she was talking about. Suoh had been assigned to protect her at the prison? He didn't remember doing that but then again, that was probably after his first collapse. Either way, he eyed her paper bouquet before looking at Sebastian who was relaying the information for him in a more concise manner and not nearly as confusing. But it was still hard to believe it all. And while he didn't think badly of Sebastian like most of the village...it worried him that Sebastian had gone alone to meet with that strange Akane. I suppose I can't expect him to trust everyone considering the reports I've read. He's not popular...not even with the ones who know him. shaking his head, Sypher began to move out of the bed, pushing the bed sheet off and putting his feet down on the floor "Damn..." his body ached so badly but there were more important issues "So we've been made accomplices to this nonsense...whether we knew it or not. Helping Suoh was, it appears, not my best decision." he took a deep breath, his hands on the bed as he braced himself. He was, thank god, not wearing a paper hospital gown but rather a mid-sleeve shirt and pants like that of a male nurse. His feet were bare and he flexed them, tightening the toes before just kind of staring The scars...are coming back... barely noticeable, white scars danced along the tops and bottoms of his feet, banding around his ankles and disappearing up his legs "...all right. Lets start with what we can do about this...find Suoh. And this Akane character...we'll need to find them as quickly as possible." bending down, Sypher rubbed one foot, his finger tracing a particularly deep scar from between his toes up to his ankle "We'll need to get in contact with the Kazekage as well. Find out what he knows about this character and what we can do to prepare. The other Kages..." Standing was a challenge and after weaving in place a moment, Sypher reached for the wall, leaning on it heavily with an outstretched arm "Hooo....they'll need to be alerted to this possible threat..." Rubbing his face with his free hand, Sypher looked to Sebastian for a second "I'm a bit angry that you went to meet with this Akane without telling anyone...but I understand why you chose to go. And I'm actually fairly...well, proud that you chose to come back and alert myself as soon as you did. Well done, Sebastian." Sypher glanced around for his clothes but didn't see them in the room and so, with a sigh, pressed the hospital request button "I'm going to ask to get that accomplice of yours, Max Uchiha, and have him go to the Kazekage and alert him of whats happened here. Max will need to get what information he can provide from the Kazekage and make copies of it. You, Sebastian, will travel to the other villages and alert them of what has happened here. Give them everything you can on Suoh and Akane as well as a description of them. They might change their appearance but its best to be prepared." he ordered as a nurse came in, effectively dismissing Sebastian to proceed on his mission, and he requested his clothing. She left with a bow and Sypher sank back onto the bed, looking at Daitomi now, curious "Daitomi....why are you here...?" he questioned, his head tipping to the side.

As the nurse came back in with Sypher's clothes, the Mizukage glanced at Sebastian "...I hope then that we can make those kind of moments more frequent." he replied, feeling a bit awkward. He'd only been being honest but it seemed to mean more than he'd thought it would. Taking his clothes, Sypher slowly pulled his shirt off, wincing as he attempted to change and conduct business at the same time "I'll get you an escort, of course...I'm not sure who to send with you though. We don't have many jounin, of course..." pausing to examine his torso, Sypher winced. His chest was wrapped with bandages from under his arms to just below his stomach. More, solitary, bandages covered sores on his abdomen Cheh...this will take a while to heal. his arms were wrapped as well, upper arm and wrists as well as one hand completely wrapped. The other was bandaged on the top of his hand and he carefully began to slide into his shirt "Haaaa...maybe Zay will need something to do..." he muttered and looked up at Sebastian as he adjusted his shirt "Do you have a preference for who you want to escort you?"

She remembered those scars as her eyes fell on them. She remember the harsh training Apollo had put him through. Dai then thought about Apollo. Kein had taken him. But then again, Apollo was a shady character after Dai removed Sypher from Kumo. She tuned everything out, the world was falling apart before her eyes and everything was getting more out of hand. When Sypher sank back onto the bed and stared at her, Dai looked at him. She frowned as he called her Daitomi but then questioned why she was there. He tipped his head to the side. Before she could answer the medic continued the conversation with Sypher. Sypher replied. Surely he was undoubtedly the right choice to be a Kage of any village. They continued conversing and she willingly waited until business was finished before she spoke to Sypher. Before she knew it the medic had left, Sypher looking back at her. Likely waiting for her to speak her peace. Dai moved forward before an Anbu spoke from the door. ...FOR PETE SAKE!... She tilted her head back and stared at the ceiling for the moment. When Sypher spoke she looked at him and turned five shades red. Though she had seen a man change, him shrugging out of the hospital pants caught her off guard. Dai looked over at the Anbu as they bowed and left. Sighing a breath of relief, she was FINALLY able to talk to Sypher alone. She held onto the bouquet and stared at the craft work she had put into the details. "No." She said before looking at him. "You had asked me, before the chaos of Kein and Apollo, if I had really gone rogue." Dai kept her distance and if he wanted to he could approach her first. "And no, I didn't." Dai brushed a lock of hair behind her ear. "Do you remember, the time we came to Kiri on the anniversary of my parents' death. The story I told you? Of how they died." She paused for a moment. "They weren't killed by simple bandits...Uchiha's had saw their blood because my mother knew ink jutsu." Dai blinked slowly. "I had grown a hatred for the Uchiha clan. And when I found out Kein Uchiha, the head of the clan, lived in Kumo. I would learn everything about him and strike him without warning." She stood proud that she had blind sighted a Sannin into believing she could love and adore him. "After years of training, perfecting everything I know. And waiting for the day when Kinpaku asked. I lead Kein into false admiration. Thinking I've gone rogue to be with him." She looked to the side. "He never knew my strength until I round house kicked him across the hall of the Prison." She told him. Dai hung her head. "I wanna apologize, for everything I have put you through. Intentionally starting fights with you. Acting thick headed. I thought it would of been painless for when the day came when I joined Kein's team but it killed me every time we fought." She bowed closing her eyes tightly. "I want to apologize for practically killing you. Stabbing you through the chest. Erasing your memory and leaving you at the gates, here in Kiri." Her hand that was once covered in his blood twitched at the spoken words. "I dont expect you to forgive me. Or give me a second chance at anything." She told him still bowing to him. "But, not one day goes by that I dont regret the things that I have done to you." Her hands clenched her skirt. "I blind sighted everyone. Hoping it would ease the pain the day I left Kumo. But seeing you and Kinpaku in the last few hours, you guys brought back the pain of how much I missed home." Tear drops fell to the floor in front of her feet. "I have been away from so long...I...I was left to my thoughts and how much I wanted to say I'm sorry to you." Dai balled her fists and covered her eyes before raising. Tears passing through her palms down her chin. The bouquet still in hand. "I know you can never come back and it kills me knowing you can't." She breaths were shaky as she spoke. Dai hadn't cried like this since her adoptive parents funeral. "Not a day goes by that I dont think of when we were teacher and student." She watched to crouch down and just ball. "I remember everything you taught me. It pushed me to become an Oinin." She sucked in a breath, "And when Kein told me I had reached Oinin. I had so desperately wished it was you saying the words." Dai's breathing was broken as every last memory pushed through her mind. "I wont ask for you to forgive me for the things I have done to you. Just know...know I'm sorry for hurting you the worst." She told him through broken breaths. Staying away from the room, she waited until everyone had left, save for Dai. Sebastian's scurried steps were watched carefully as he exited. He looked different now but her sense of foreboding about him has still not gone away. Especially since Kein, Mi could not longer trust a shinobi that thought themselves above everyone else. She could not trust in her own profession and those would would use jutsu intended for good for bad. Sebastian and Max had done well for Kirigakure, she was proud of them both. This news was...upsetting. Darker forces were stirring. The news was not entirely new to Mi. Whispers always circulated but now she knew who the key players were. Putting her thumb to the edge of her lips she bit down on the tip of it as she got lost in thought. This man Suoh. He had been quick to speak on behalf of Syphers orders. His face briefly popped up in her mind. He was dangerous but he had not yet spread his influences more than recruitment in Kirigakure. This person was a threat but he hadn't gained momentum yet. Containing him could end his threat but she doubted it would uproot the heart of the evil. Maybe I can use Aki again... That girl was proving useful, despite her skewed attitude and single minded purpose of only sticking around to attach herself to Flou. Mi wanted that girl to find Sypher and hear the news about her sister first hand. Sypher and Aki were very alike. It was a little upsetting to hear her plans had not gone the way she had planned for them to happen. At least Aki has Flou. That could potentially restrain her and make her assimilate some more. Nevertheless, pressing matters to attend to. She should go back and handle this Suoh situation first...
An ANBU approached her then, Mi letting out a small squeak of surprise. "You have been summoned by the Mizukage." Blinking back her surprise she cleared her throat and pointed to the door she stood to the side of. She wanted to silently worm her way out of this before alerting Sypher of her presence and slipping off to handle this on her own before she met with him again but...The ANBU guard remained silent, waiting for her to move. "Alright, alright. You lads have me figured out already." Muttering under her breath, she knocked on the door frame, physically announcing her presence. "Lord Mizukage, it's Mi." It was such a trip to be addressing someone else by this title but it was not something she was not unused to. Lord Satoshi had been the Mizukage at one point. Looking over her shoulder she expected the ANBU to be gone but he was persistent in that creepy silent ANBU way. Scrunching her nose at him she stepped into the door way and a little bit into the room. Now she couldn't slip away. Looking at the ANBU, or where he should have been, he had disappeared. Not even a rustle alerted her he was gone. Only the simple fading of chakra 'pulse'. Looking into the room for the first time she rested her gaze on Dai and Sypher. Dai was prostrating herself before the Mizukage, Mi having heard the conversation from outside enough to know she was apologizing.

Suoh stepped through the door's of the Hospital and the large door's closed behind him. Suoh's hands were in his pockets and he seemed to walk with a sense of scolding, as if he knew what was coming. He knew what all of this was about, he knew why Sypher wanted to see him, he knew why he could feel a sense of caution around the people near him and it made Suoh feel pretty shitty.
As Suoh and Inka approached the room of the Kage, Suoh sighed and leaned up against a wall looking to the ceiling as Inka spoke, asking the Kage if they were to wait or come in. Suoh was leaned up against the wall but pushed up off it and walked into the view of everyone in the room, but did not enter, he simple stood at the entrance beside Inka. His hands were at his side's and all his weapons had been left at the front of the Hospital with an ANBU, although if Suoh really needed a weapon he would simply use his own body. "Evening Lo..." Suoh looked over to see Dai and Mi there too, they both were there at the prison. Suoh saw that Dai was in a position of asking for forgiveness, and Mi was there for, hell if he knew. He looked at Inka and placed his hand on his shoulder gently and cautiously, if Inka pulled away he would retract his hand. "I'm Sorry for intruding... not just in this room." Suoh was quite aware of the situation, Akane could sound like a terrorist sometimes if you let him ramble, and of course he meant all he said... just not exactly the way Sebastian explained it.
Suoh stepped back off to the side to give Dai, Mi and Sypher room to speak until they were ready to deal with the threat... He guessed he was one of those again huh?
