Roxas sighed at the boy's advance and subsequent attack. If Roxas had decided to stay still all he'd have to do is walk back two feet. The boy misjudged his own speed as well. Roxas could tell he was leagues faster than the boy. While the boy spun about tearing down Magnus' bar, Roxas jumped into the air just above the boy and let his body descend breaking the boy's fancy spin and causing damage in a one-meter radius per rank around Roxas. The boy would have to account for Roxas' speed which was greater than his own (Supreme) and an A rank attack landing right above his head that will also cause damage in a one-meter radius. To make things worse, Roxas combined another technique into Rikusentai. While he fell he lifted his leg to perform the Touha technique. Which would gain strength (mild) due to Roxas' medium armor. Keeping in mind all simple techniques used by Roxas are treated as spiritual when in relation to other techniques due to the style perks.
I just Haven't Seen It In A While That's All.

While we're waiting for my response, I'll throw up an argument to tantalize everyone's taste buds.
1. Am I the only one confused about this man Roxas' bloodline. Of course I'm not X This is a gross lack of attention to detail displayed by the mod team, and I'm not even talking about the alteration system yet lol. While the rest of the guild is expected to follow the Clan application rules. Mal apparently gets a free pass because his s**t is... confusing? I'll post up my own Clan app (Which was originally denied on the basis that I didn't post the required amount of techniques.... Which is listed a 3 ) What I am asking for is either Malavaes or the person whom made the custom clan re work it, or have a mod review it, shits broken.
• Kekkei no Jutsu [ Bloodline's Techniques ] x Rank: E - B Description: Bloodlines can be affected, beginning with jutsu.] (Does this mean it only effects bloodline jutsu? and not regular ninjutsu?) Each level of jutsu must be trained for separately, at their level of training. (i.e. E-ranks are trained at E-rank, etc) Only one level of jutsu is able to be [strike]affected[/strike] (*effected) at a time. This is the only ability the Yozen is exempt from otherwise it would be self defeating. Negation causes the specified jutsu level (Bullshit) to not work, or will negate a certain aspect of that level (such as elemental weakness/superiority) (Complete horseshit). (You should definitely be paying constant chakra cost then. How many feel is "the length of one arm" because the size of someone who is 6'1" and someone who is 4'11" have very different wingspans.)

(Now you're really paying constant chakra. You can negate attack within 19 feet of you.... just wait until we get into the type of negations dood has.)
Ability Progression, Deformable: From Sannin+, an active, stretchable/deformable field of negation exists around the user. The field can extend from a length of one arm, all the way around the body, to ~12 meters, in terms of pure stretch. The volume can also be applied into other shapes stemming from the body, such as cubes, pyramids, cylinders, et cetera, so long as the maximum is not passed. It can be turned off at will, but it does not stop all effects (designated by the clan technique) when they enter the user's field when as such. When the tattoos are used, the field does not negate, nor does hitting someone with the tattoos cause negation.
(Changing the shape of your "hack field" should be a technique, in which you specify exactly which shape you are trying to form. and you would need separate techs for separate shapes.... Bro. do any of these mods know how many feet is 12 meters? he can negate thing almost within 40 feet of himself... Seriously?)

Kourei [ Customs ] Rank: See Description Description: Customs can be affected, one at a time. Negation cancels, or increases the negatives. Reinforcement doubles, or halves the negatives. (Refer to Renshu, Kekkei, and Kyouten) This technique also applies to general techniques which are not considered as 'canon'. Custom bloodlines, clans, Sage/Juin, and summonings will have to be witnessed and gauged at least once before they can be negated or reinforced. The flightiness of negating custom techniques is one the Yozen's weaknesses. A Yozen can only negate up to the level knowledge of the corresponding Renshu,Kekkei, or Kyouten techniques. Kourei is learned automatically and is used in tandem with any of the other three aforementioned Clan Techniques. If the custom falls into any elemental territory. Then that element must be trained appropriately as well. Ex. A B-rank Custom Raiton can only be negated if the Yozen has trained Kyouten up to the point where it may negate B-rank Raiton. Knowledge in B-rank Raiton negation does not confer knowledge in B-rank Katon negation etc.

I.e [Speed], [Strength], [Fortitude], [Etc], or Negates any existing selected descriptive bonus I.e [Speed], [Strength], [Fortitude], [Etc]. Osore [ Fears ] Rank: C Description: Fears can be affected, one type at a time. Negation cancels the ability to feel fear, whilst Reinforcement can either give an extension of a current fear, or double one. Osore can also produce and invoke fear if the individual targets fears are not yet known. [Fear] effect reduces individuals activations from [3] to [2] if a fear is known and that fear is doubled the number of activations goes from [3] to [1] assuming the object of said fear is present. Likewise, if invoking fear the user is also subject to these detriments.
Ishoku [ Implantation ] Rank: C Description: Implants can be affected, one type at a time. Negation causes the implant to not work, or can double the downsides. Reinforcement can either boost the implant to the next level without having the downsides of that level, or produce better natural abilities. (ex. poison production .5x faster)
Kankaku [ Senses ] Rank: B Description: Sight, Touch, Taste, Smell and Hearing can be affected, one type at a time. Negation cancels, whilst Reinforcement doubles the effectiveness these senses would provide and their sensitivity. Genjutsu affecting these senses are increased by 1-Rank in effectiveness. Sensory techniques utilizing these senses are increased in 1-Rank in effectiveness. Blindness nullifies Doujutsu. Not to be forgotten. The user will also become, numb, tasteless, deaf, blind, or anosmic depending on the sense chosen.

Negation will make the Cost and Rank up to the Rank of the Chakra the Yozen Expended cost an additional [1-rank] of Stamina or Chakra and be classified as [1-rank] weaker.
Ruijaku [ Weaknesses ] Rank: X (Trained As B) Description: Weaknesses can be affected, one type at a time. Negation cancels, whilst reinforcement doubles. Weaknesses are affected as listed in the the profile. Such as Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Bukijustu, Correlating Attributes etc. Up to the Rank of Chakra the Yozen expends, all techniques that fall under that specified category will be affected. Negation makes the individual's weaknesses nill, Reinforcement makes the weakness even more detrimental such as increasing all Genjutsu and Ninjutsu etc against the user being increased by [2-ranks].
Gunki [ Discipline ] Rank: A Description: Disciplines can be affected, one class at a time. If dual classed the more favorable discipline is negated. Negation prevents the correlating disciplines benifits to stop working negating any abilities ninjutsu/genjutsu etc. If the the discipline would have granted slots the jutsu in the most recent slots are temporarily unusable. If it granted slots and not all slots have been used Gunki will prioritize the empty slots. If specialized Gunki negates the specialization bonuses and one discipline but never both disciplines. If reinforced. Gunki doubles the benifits of the Discipline if applicable if specialized it will double specialization bonuses if applicable. Gunki can also grant another discipline from a class instead of doubling or reinforcing its benifits or halving it's detriments. When the duration expires the loss of the discipline will cause appropriate backlash.
This guild clearly is not based in the Naruto Universe, how do you debuff someone's DISCIPLINE!!!!!
My final review of this kekkei genkai....
Well now that, that's over... I can continue onto my next point.
2. Roxas has 4 Taijutsu slots listed on his newly edited profile. X But I can only count 3 as being reasonably listed on his profile. 2 from class/type. 1 from a PA. Perhaps he'd gotten another from the new Halloween event like I did. My point is Fruity informed me that you cannot update during a fight. ((I wanted to leave the report topic out of the quote, but you don't get to pick and choose what you quote.))
Meaning due to Mal's failure to formally update his profile, for the remainder of the fight I believe Roxas would not have 4 taijutsu slots but 3, and If my theory is wrong Mal would have to have his 4th tai slot linked on his profile yesterday when he replyed engaging in the fight.... Which it is not.
All leave it to him to decide which style he'll refrain from using.
3. As Ergo and I discussed. The knowledge of Alteration Styles being locked was outside of the knowledge of most users. I have a plethra of screenshots defending my position. I think it's foolish to have these styles up, and not accessible for RPC's. If I am not allowed to keep my alteration style (Which I want too) Then I would ask for Malavaes as well as Ergo's permission to edit my PA... you know since I was approved with it, and editied it into my profile in a timely manner.
1: I do not care what you think about my bloodline. I didn't even use it in the fight so far so this is pointless.
2: Your own lack of knowledge of how the class systems work in this guild astounds me on the most profound and spiritual level. You are double tai and have 2 Dr points in all of your stats. This is tiring, Edo.

If you took the time to study the system you'd realize that none of your claims are true. I don't need to defend myself with links. You just need to read the system that you are a part of. Now if you want links and screen shots I have several.

I’m going to wait for a mod ruling, I am requesting that malavaes show exactly on his profile where it allows him to use 4 taijutsu slots, I am asking that his kekkei genkai be reviewed in depth before he attempts to use it to an unfair advantage. I ask that I be allowed to keep my alteration PA or change it based on mod as well as mal’s disgression.

Atsuko entered the bar alongside his companions, Artemis and Houou. He had filled them in on the meeting as they had gone on the road as well as their new goals, undermining the UHV in this very town. Instead of going to Magnus however Atsuko instead got them all a table and sat down at it. Once the other two were comfortable Atsuko would let out a yawn and a stretch. "We have made so much progress over such little time. I have to say I am extremely proud....and glad that you guys have stayed with me. We shall have a day of celebration before we get back to business, it's been far to long since we've had the chance. I am sad to see Tiger isn't with us but we all know Roxas, he'll come back to us eventually I just know it.

She moved her arm in order to make the tea in her cup spin in a circle. She focused on the image in front of her with the same blankness as one stares at a flickering fire. She channeled chakra to the palm of her hand. In one languid motion she spread the chakra to her fingertips.
She channeled her fuuton nature. The half-full tea bubbled slowly. If she was too aggressive with it, it would make big, obvious bubbles. She didn't want to look like a child. She focused on making as big a bubble as she dared before withdrawing her chakra from the tea altogether.
She used her raiton chakra this time. Her fingertips were spread almost evenly across half the cup, her thumb securing the other half. She shot small lightning bolts from a fingertip to her thumb, then her thumb to the next fingertip, which returned it to the thumb, and so on. It entertained her for a solid minute before she withdrew.
She utilized her doton nature next. The leaf minerals in the tea shook from her attention. She isolated them and lifted them upwards in the water, amused as the water became heterogeneous with her thoughts. She played with the minerals for another moment before dropping them. [ Intermediate Training: Meditate 4/4 ]
Suiton was next. She blended the tea until it was impossible to tell that it'd ever been divided. She played with different wave patterns by making the water splashed from different sides of the cup. She isolated small drops of tea at a time before releasing her chakra.
Finally, katon. She roasted the tea from her fingertips. Even her palm was warm with the energy. It took a concentrated effort to bring the heat to solely her fingertips. She made the tea bubble like it was boiling before she removed her chakra from it.
She put her tea down. It was probably too messed-with to be safe to drink anymore. If nothing else then because of the heat. She laced her fingers, stretched her hands outward, then overhead. Bringing them back to her core, she formed the dog hand sign immediately.
She brought her hands downward into boar. Her palms kissed before being moved outward into dragon. Fingers still locked, she flipped her wrists into horse. She flipped her wrists inward into serpent. Ah, that felt better. Just getting into the basics sometimes, stretching and using her skills, it was relaxing all on its own. [ Intermediate Training: Meditate 4/4 ]
A tall man, standing 6'9", wearing wild looking robes and with muscles and strange bone configurations entered the bar. He was searching for two things here. One: a man he had encountered during his stint at the combative co-curricular he participated in as a youth. Two: the guidance of the spirits, there was much recent pain and trauma he'd like to drink away. It turns out that even though the Cursed Seal of Earth, placed on his chest, was extremely compatible with him, the process of receiving it was not any better. This was one of the riskier ones but Taketori was fully confident he could handle it.
He had to bend down to avoid hitting the door way and scanned the establishment for any familiar faces. It didn't take long too find, especially since it never took along for anyone who paid attention to find Taketori himself.
"Atsuko. It is I. As you have asked many seasons ago, I have made my way out of the forest and have found you. A bottle of grain alcohol will do." Taketori rumbled formally as he loomed over the man.

"Salutations!" A dark cloaked man burst through the doors following the other cloaked man a bright orange beak covering the top of his head and a white scarf around his neck. He took broad steps searching around for the people he had been called to meet. A certain Atsuko had managed to send him a message via a pidgeon (which he had then eaten) and having remembered the scrawny boy from his youth he decided that such a meeting would be profitable for both of them. Clearly Atsuko must have a grand purpose for which he require Shalamoana.
Two pairs of beady eyes peered around. A large man sized toucan sat on Shalamoana's shoulder. He quickly found the group most of which he didn't recognise save for Atsuko himself. He walked towards the table stomping loudly so the group would pay attention to him before standing not too close but closer than comfortable to Atsuko before he sat down on the table carefully balancing so he and his bird's combined weight did not crush the table.
"My friend. It has been many a moon. I am glad you escaped the child fighting pit before I did for it has hardened my heart". He weighed himself onto the table pondering the issue before his large bird hopped off and flew over to the bar before making an order knocking unlit candles over as it did so. Having made its order the bird then came and sat close to the open fire warming itself.
"Shazowanga, this is Atsuko. Atsuko, Shazowanga. I do not believe you met." He offered a hand to Shazowanga so that Atsuko might regard his regal majesty. Shazowanga in return bobbed his head in a small bow and ruffled again before speaking.
"Tis' good's't that's't'd we meet'st." Before simply closing his beak and bring himself closer to the fire. Shazowanga did always find Shalamoana to be quite chilly and preferred to be seperate from him when he could.
"To business. I trust you remain of a goodly character and that you have found some evildoer who requires my attention." Shazowanga passed him a stein filled to the brim with some sort of cucumber juice. Shalamoana toasted and then remained silent waiting to see what Atsuko had to say to him ignoring everyone else.
God this was such a pain in the a**. Not only did she get shafted on her pay, but she got shafted on the credit too. Pushing open the door to the bar she gave a halfassed wave to a couple of the people who knew her. Pushing past the crowd to the bar she let out a heavy sigh,"Magnus. Put me on the list for work. If you have anything fun let me know." Facing the waitress who she had to admit, was pretty cute. She smiled,"I'll take an eight ounce steak, medium rare, with red wine. Ten years old at least please." Giving her a small wad of ryo, the tall woman crossed the bar to her normal spot in the corner, heels clicking the entire way. Once she found her seat she pulled her heavy claymore's strap off her shoulders and set it to the side. Pushing down her leggings she awaited her wine, mostly to calm down and NOT murder the son of a b***h who set them up for the job.
