Bastion nodded to the Kazekage as she spoke to him, she was right he should do both in moderation, some of the techniques could really help him, not only on missions, but probably in real life too due to bad vision. As Bast asked him if he had any further questions he walked a bit closer to the desk slowly, and not too long after he could see the desk and the lady behind it. "Am I allowed to practice at my shop? I know you prefer us to do it in the academy or at the training grounds, but is it allowed? He said then smiled as she pointed to the stack of cups at the end of the table. "Yes please actually, thank you very much." He said taking one of the cups and then he placed it on the desk gingerly.

Bast poured him a cup of hot water and then grabbed a bag of tea leaves. She dangled it on the side, then grabbed some honey and mint from her desk drawer.
"Let it sit for a minute. Honey? Mint? Maybe cinnamon, if you like that?" she asked. "I'd offer a different flavor of tea, but there's only one kind in the office at the moment. It's no problem if you want to work on your Jutsu there, but we won't assume liability for anything you break, and if you hurt anyone, it's on your head. I used to train in the streets and the Village Square, but back then, there were fewer people around to get hurt."

Bastion shook his head softly as he reached over the desk feeling the desk for a moment before he found the cup then brought it back over to himself and sat it at the end of the desk. "Oh no thank you, I like my tea as is, and please don't worry. I'm thankful regardless to what type of tea it is. I understand that it'll be my fault if anyone gets hurt or anything gets broken." He said as he smiled and sat down on a chair. Waiting for his tea to be ready, but he had one more question. "Oh and how are you Lady Kazekage? You sound busy."

"Come in!" the Bast called toward the door as she returned the tea fixings to their drawer. "Slightly preoccupied, maybe. Haven't really been busy for a while now. Everything's been quiet since the last attempted uprising in Rouran. So how do you grow flowers all the way out here? Greenhouses mostly, I'd expect, but that might not work as well for some of the more delicate greenery."

Bastion chuckled softly at her return question to him after she had answered his question. He picked up his cup of tea and twirled the tea bag slowly in the cup and looked up at her. "The Greenhouse bears most of the flowers, honestly they grow fairly well with the sun exposure around here, it's just the climate isn't the best for them. The more delicate things, like petunias stay inside, I have a little room that keeps the room temperature normal it really helps them to have a good temperature room and sunlight. Imported soil is important for some plants as well, and that can be a pain to get. To be honest the biggest secret is just talking to the plants. I think it works marvelously."He said then chuckled as he took a sip from his tea, it tasted just fine. But with the entrance of the new person maybe it would be best if Bastion left.

The clone stirred its cup of tea calmly as Bastion spoke and Doc found a place to sit. It refrained from tasting the beverage, however.
"Talking to flowers sound insane, unless you've got breeds with ears," the woman responded to the former. "What's up, Doc? Things are somewhere between 'Rouran' and 'Lazy Afternoon at the Tea Shoppe' right now. Something wrapping up at the Gates. This is Bastion, by the way; Bastion, this is Doc."
She gestured at each of them upon saying their names, then got dangerously close to taking a sip of the tea. Upon doing so, it created a clone to run the beverage up to Bast on the roof.

Doc looked over at Bastion as he was being introduced. "Hello, It's nice to meet you Bastion." Doc said. He then looked back at Bast and said, "Not to much, I've mostly been doing some training and relaxing. I really haven't been keeping myself busy at all." Doc noticed Bast almost taking a sip of tea then quickly taking it somewhere with a clone. "I guess the real Bast is off relaxing somewhere?" Doc asked.

Bastion smiled to the new man reaching up to scratch the back of his head as he took another sip of his tea. Then he stood up and pushed his chair softly back into place to make it look like it did before he sat down in it and he placed the tea back down on the desk. "No, there are no breeds of plants with literal ears. But I think they can listen to me. Well anyways, enjoy the rest of your day Lady Kazekage."Bastion said with a warm smile as he walked slowly back to the door of the office and opened it, turning back around for a moment to wave to the Kazekage and Doc before he left the room.

As Bastion left, a swarm of pens overtook the used cup of tea and skittered across the hall with it, taking it into the kitchen. This all happened with the sort of determined ferocity that is usually reserved for taking over enemy nations, all channeled toward the cleaning of one tea cup.
"I wouldn't call what she's doing relaxing, but yes, something like that," the Bast responded nonchalantly. "She up on the roof monitoring a visitor at the Crevice. They expect us to mobilize completely for war against the UHV, with no guarantee that their plan will work. Can you believe that? Ludicrous. Anyway, what brings you here? I assume you aren't visiting just for a chat."

The clone was quiet for a few moments, but those moments were not quiet; a large popping sound came from the direction of the Crevice, the calling card of a distant explosion. After it passed, the Bast answered Doc's question:
"Yes, actually," it responded, completely ignoring the explosion. "I need you to go to the library and fetch for me the scroll on the Byakugou no In. It's one of the requirements for someone to use Souzou Saisei, so your status as a medic should get you access right away. It may be a boring and easy task, but it's not to be taken lightly. Will you do it?"

Doc nodded. "I'm sure I can handle that. While I'm there, I might as well read up on somethings so that I can put them to use later." Doc said as Ayame and Daichi walked in. Doc looked back at them and smiled. It had been a very long time since he saw them. "I haven't seen those faces in a long time. How are you Ayame?" Doc asked. Before Ayame had a chance to reply, Doc looked back at Bast and nodded once more. He then proceeded to get up and stand to the side. He was on his was out so he didn't want to be in the way of their conversation.
