Eunmi hardly cared initially, just glad to avoid a scary man yelling at her for waking him up. Then she looked around the room, holding her tongue to keep from commenting.
[There's only one bed!] D-Vee piped up. They wouldn't know what he said, but his pointing made it clear.

Henrietta looked over to Eunmi. "S--s-so, d-did you get signed up?"

"Yeah," Eunmi said, ignoring Melty and flopping down next to him on the bed.
"Didn't take too long. I'm so tiiiiired," she yawned. "And hungry..."

[HEY! YOU WANT TO BE ON FIRE!] shouted Melty. He was already pissed about the mud thing earlier with Rush, now this chick was on his bed? Oh hell no, all kinds of death.
"W-w-we should go out and e-eat, I-i saw this nice place on me w-way here," Henrietta said.

[Hey everybody! I know it's been a long time, but I've been talking to Trop and she told me that I'm welcome back, and since my situation changed drastically from when I left, I decided to give it a shot. I'm know I'm far behind, but I'll catch up in due time biggrin ]
Danny sat at one of the smaller food shops in the center of Striaton City, enjoying a brief lunch with his Ponyta. The fire horse was busy munching on some poke food oats that the trainer had managed to get for her, and she was happily eating. He himself was munching on a sandwich, but he wasn't quite as hungry as her.
The young trainer was sitting at a table that had a perfect view of the gym, and the badge that was staring at him in the face and taunting him. He looked at his food and after eating only about half of the sandwich, he wrapped it in the paper and put it in his bag. Why waste the food?
Standing up, he clicked his tongue and his Ponyta looked up, before jogging over to him and walking by his side. The pair walked up the stairs to the gym/food place, and slowly opened the door.
"Hello?" he called out looking around.
"I would like to challenge this gym and earn the first official League badge." he said, to no one in particular, looking for the three leaders.

[If you start a fire, this place would be in flames in an instant,] D-Vee commented. [I don't doubt you'd like that, but then you'd be without a bed.]
Eunmi sat up, and nodded.
"Sure, as long as it's not too far."
On their way out, Eunmi would stop by the front desk and request to have a cot sent up to their room.

"Welcome, and what Pokemon do you wish to use?" Cress asked as he approached Danny.

Henrietta would lead Eunmi to one of those salad food places like the olive garden or something. When asked she said the table was for two and they'd be seated and given menus.
It was, luckily, only down the street from the hotel.
"S-s-s-so, a-are you n-nervous?"

Henrietta blinked. Wait, did she forget? Was she that confident? "Th-the tournament. I-i'm scared you'll get hurt."
Henrietta picked up her menu and used it to hide her face. She scanned the menu, looking for something to choose but she couldn't focus on anything enough to say whether she liked it or not.

Danny jumped slightly as Cress appeared and approached him, hearing him ask about a challenge.
"For this battle, I'd like to use this." he said, holding a poke ball in his hand. Pushing the latch on the capsule, the beam of white light burst forth from the ball, and reformed into the shape of his Blitzle.
The electric zebra snorted and shook his mane out, before looking around and took notice of his location.
Danny looked to the gym leader, not sure what he was going to say.

Eunmi laughed.
"I'm going to hope it isn't full contact. Or... that because I'm a girl guys won't hit me?"
Eunmi folded her menu, already deciding what she wanted.
"Whatever," Eunmi said with a shrug. "Whatever happens happens, right?"
Eunmi, the type of person that is a decent liar.

After the crowd had cleared from the registration of the martial arts tournament, a green haired trainer walked in a furious pace towards the sign up. He looked determined, and he felt it as well. His righteous mission had taken a turn for the worse.
N had been gathering intel on his potential candidates all day. So when he saw just what sort of food stuffs the obese teen had been eating, he almost cried. Well, first he threw up. A lot. But then he almost cried.
What a crime against nature! To turn so many pokemon into meals without a second thought? It was as if the trainer was a black hole designed only for defiling the sanctity of life with his gluttony. And when he had discovered that Robby had intentions of winning the pokemon egg prize so he could eat it, the line was drawn. There was no chance N would sit down and stand for such madness.
With no hesitation, N signed himself up at the tournament under the name N. When it came time for a last name, he simply put down Norbert. And with that, he left the scene.
His eyes were an intense shade of green hatred. Robby Tobb, you shall rue the day you destroyed the lives of my friends. You shall pay for your insolence!

"B-but the goal is to face G-gorm, so you have to get there at any cost," she said. No pressure, no, she didn't intend it for Eunmi. She was mostly saying that bit to herself.

"Me!" Chili announced on arrival. And then he'd lead Danny to the arena.
"Basic rules, no items, one on one battle." he said. The arena was surrounded by a glass dome to keep onlookers safe. Chili's Pansear stood across from Danny in the arena.
"Challenger's go first."

"I know," Eunmi said. "I'd just rather not sit here worrying about it when there's nothing to do about it until tomorrow."
The waiter came up to the table.
"Can I get you ladies anything to drink?" he asked, flashing a smile. Eunmi smirked, leaned forward, and rested her chin in her palm.
"What do you recommend?" she said slyly.
"Alcoholic or non?" He looked nervous all of a sudden.
"Either or," Eunmi said.
"W-well-"
"Tell you what, just get me a strawberry daiquiri and you can think about what I should order to eat," Eunmi said with a wink.
"S-sure," he said, turning to Henrietta. "And you, miss?"

Danny and his Blitzle followed Chili to the battling arena, noticing the glass structure and seeing how it was setup. It was a nice stadium.
The trainer listened carefully.
One Pokemon, no items, first to lose.
Made sense.
Danny could see the Pansear waiting for them. He had never seen anything like it before.
So, they would start out safe.
"Blitzle, shockwave." he said calmly.
The horse reared up while his mane started to surge with electricity, before slamming his hooves down on the floor of the battlefield, releasing the current that would travel across the battlefield and attack the fire monkey.
