Kokuun no Jutsu [ Black Clouds Technique ]

Official Description: Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain Shinobi Kagari which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

Mizu Tate no Jutsu [ Water Shield Technique ]

Official Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against Ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ]

Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ]

Official Description: A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. This is a Jutsu in which you need one hundred percent chakra control in order to learn.

Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ]

Official Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.

Noctis lifted his head and looked for a dummy he could aim for. He soon found one practice dummy that he could hit. He then emited a jet of water that struck the dummy and divided it into many divisions.
Mizuteppou [ Water Pistol ]

Official Description: Suiton • Mizuteppou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will emit a jet of water capable of slicing its target into many divisions. Gamariki used this Jutsu in conjunction with Jiraiya through (Korabo) Collaboration Ninjutsu, greatly increasing its power.

A large volume of water appeared from out of the ground, it seemed the water came from an underground source. This would be useful to him when he needed to use techniques that needed water.

Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ]

Gekiryuu Chikara [ Raging River Force ]

Official Description: This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square. )

Official Description: A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water comes together being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes this large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force.

They were dangerous and powerful to use. But he needed to learn these if he wanted to surpass the level he was at now.
Noctis began focusing on his inner self, everything about him he thought about. He remembers when he had first joined the academy. He was very cold to every, and with that the girls actually liked them.
But they couldn’t handle the cold aura he gave off all the time, So slowly people drifted away from him. But he was okay with that its not like he wanted their companionship anyways so why would he care. So he continued on with his schooling and ended up graduating from the academy .
His other classmates went on to become ninja as well. But none of them were as skilled as he was. He trained tirelessly to become stronger.
That’s when he met Eclipse Naito, she was a genin like him if he remembered correctly. He had just learned a healing jutsu and just wanted to test it out on himself. So they decided to fight each other, the fight was going well but then he took a fire technique head on and it burned him pretty well.
Eclipse had to take him to the hospital because he was out. He smiled thinking back on it. When he awoke he really didn’t like the hospital that much. He just wanted to get out of there, he used his healing technique like he wanted to do in the first place and then healed himself.
Noctis had focused long enough and unleash a quick series of handsigns. This flurry of handsigns ended with him releasing and huge shark. This wasn’t a normal shark though, it absorbed chakra from attacks.

Daikoudan no Jutsu [ Great Shark Missile Technique ]

Official Description: Suiton • Daikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will generate a large shark which he will launch towards his opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, as it also absorbs the chakra of his opponent, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts.
Guild Description: See official description. Initial cost is S-ranked, but it gains in strength depending upon what Jutsu is absorbed from overwhelming.

He had begun talking with her a bit more. She had been really the first person to not mind the cold aura around him. Which he liked about her, he soon met Shikatsu also a good friend of her and he would become a life long friend of his.
He would also encounter someone else someone he would hate for the rest of his life. His name was Reiko and he was an Uchiha. He was such an arrogant p***k that it pissed him off to no end sometimes.
He would always be helping Shikatsu too because they would always get into fight with usually reiko ending up winning the fights and him having to take Shikatsu to the hospital. He remembered when they became chunnin at the same time. He had been able to surpass Shikatsu and Eclipse in a fast amount of time.
But Reiko was always there too. It seemed they would continue to rank up together, though he believed he remembered Reiko becoming a jounin first. It didn’t bother him too much since he became a jounin soon after.
He remember the mission they had to defeat a man named jack, it seemed he was from Iwa and he wanted to do harm to Konoha. So the Hokage then sent them on a mission to stop im. They were able to chase him to an underground lair at that point Reiko abandoned them to go somewhere else.
At the time he was a pit pissed but Reiko had put him in charge so he could do nothing else but continue the mission. They went into the opponents lair and fought with him. After a rough battle they ended up victorious over him.
But at the last second of his death he activated a giant pumkin that would attack them with fire. And that was something a certain person was deathly afraid of. So he had to save her before she got toasted.
He was able to save her from being toasted. But it really did put a strain on his body. Maybe all the problems he’s having now is due to the overuse of his body with certain techniques.
He tried to keep himself safe by learning another style to keep him even. But he found himself back on it after a while. The style is just something that he needed from when h was younger.
When he got back to the Hokage he was rewarded. Reiko clocked in he was told that he was either demoted or kicked out.He decided to leave Konoha and go rgue but he was going to be hunted and so he went to Eclipse side to make sure that wouldn’t happen like that.
IF she went with him she would also go rogue and he wouldn’t let that happen. But in the end he never came for her, he probably just cared for himself more than anyone else.
Then he got together with Eclipse and they had two amazing children. They should be with their grandmother at the moment. It was only his mom, his father passed away sometime ago. It was odd because he was such a healthy person. You’d think he would have a little more time.
After he was done focusing his chakra he would create a mist all around him which would absorb any techniques used, and they would filter towards
Kirisame [ Mist Rain ]

Official Description: A technique known by a Kirigakure hunter-nin, the user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, such as Utakata's Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and Naruto's Rasengan.
Guild Description: Breathing out, the light darkening mist rain will spread over a large field's worth, billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Complex Tai/Buki jutsu, & Demonic auras/cloaks/etc are effected. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own chakra pool. Absorption can temporarily extend the user's chakra pool to above normal, for a maximum of 200%. Lasts until 3 total posts have elapsed from the last absorption.

Noctis looked over at Kyojin who had finished her training as well. He has just finished his and he learned a great variety of techniques. He walked over to her to see how she was."Are you still mad? You shouldn't pick fights with allies to prove yourself, only to better yourself. When you are out there, it isn't about who's proved themselves and who hasn't. It about whether you survive, or they survive."

Erebos paid attention and was able to keep up with the new series of handsigns. he performed them slower than Koan did but he made sure that all the seals were accounted for. bringing his hands up to his lips again he released a series of smaller fireballs. these were supposed to be able to cover projectiles and hide them within the fire. he would have to test that use out later.

A odd feeling came over Koan as she watched Orb train she wasnt sure what it was but it was odd that much was for sure. It was something she couldnt recall feeling before and while this .. feeling.. intruged her she pushed it aside as she spoke," No nothing more for now. We dont want to exhaust ourselves before we set out. After all according to Mashi there are some oh so scary monsters out there." In reality she couldnt care less what they met while they were out. After all if something were to happen to her then it was meant to happen simple as that. She smiled a bit and said," Im going to spend some time in meditation before the trip." The small chunin made her way out of the building and over to a small pond area that was intended for such uses. She slowly sat onto the grass with her legs folded under her as she slowly began to circulate her chakra as she breathed.

Satisfied with his amount of chakra increase it was time to get back to work. Jurei was going to attempt to master a technique created here in Konoha by one of its very best.

He held out his hand and began to concentrate, releasing his chakra slowly and orderly in a calm manner so as not to overload the jutsu. He began molding it in the shape of a circle.

As the chakra began to form he concentrated further and tried rotating it. The technique began to to form but dissolved shortly thereafter, leaving him one other option. He removed a water balloon from his pack and attempted again.

As he held the balloon he released his chakra into it and began rotating the water inside. As he felt it begin to shake he continued to rotate faster and faster until suddenly, it burst in his palm.

Though he still wasn't done. He then removed a tennis ball from his bag and repeated the same process. Being a much thicker substance it would be much more difficult to cause enough friction in order to make it burst. As he continued to focus the ball burst in his palm. "Success." he said smiling to himself.

Deciding to brush up on some water techniques, Jurei removed his water scroll and began looking it over. He honestly wanted to leave the water play to his brother but given their relationship learning more couldn't be helped.

He began focusing and performed a rather long set of hand signs, gritting his teeth at having to remember so much. Within a few moments a large dragon formed of water appeared and gazed around the room before promptly falling back to its source.

The next technique was about the same as far as difficulty. He read over it and began going over the seals before deciding to give it a try.

He focused a large amount of chakra in his mouth and spit out a large volume of water that swirled around and formed a protective vortex around him. Easy enough.

Next on the agenda was a few lower tier earth techniques he'd over looked as a genin. He read over the scroll in order to start preparing appropriately for the technique.

He began to sign a rather rigorous amount before slamming his palm into the floor. As he did so a large chunk of earth rose from the ground forming a very large plateau, perfect for higher level defense.

Jurei felt a change of pace was necessary so he returned back to his water scroll and read over a few beneficial techniques. He laughed as he looked at his new earth hill.

Jumping atop the hill he began to sign a bit, focusing his chakra in a similar way he imagine his brother would. Being the water expert, Jurei would have trouble standing in the same sort of shoes.

He held out his hand and began to focus intently. Similar to the rasengan that he had just learned, he could feel a spiraling vortex of water element chakra beginning to form in his hand.

He looked down at the earthen mound as a swirling vortex appeared in his hand, pure water chakra. He slammed it down into the mound and watched as it crumbled apart from the vortexes force.

Noctis felt a pain in his chest."I'm going to go see the Hokage. Wait for me here and we will do some training k?" He said with a smile as he walked off waving.

Still he continued to compare her to everyone else. As she began to think of her past she remembered everything she has been through. Since the day he found her, her life has been hell. She has been mocked by everyone for being what she was. She has been given hell about who she was the daughter of. Since then she has been working hard to rise to the top. So that others may not consider her a high ranking person just because of relations. But rather for her hard work and dedication. She straightened her hair and glared at him as her father left her alone yet again. Like he had most of her life. Sighing softly she left the area to go do some more missions.

She sat in a stunned astonishment for a minute as she let his words sink in. Koan's father was the one who was to blame for the destruction of her family's home. Even more pressing was that now that he was dead and her friend was coming in to her own abilities, was that she could be getting the effects of Kein's dark maddening Chakra. She understood what he was saying about Koan needing those people around her to be calm and peaceful, she just wasn't sure that she would be able to help her. Shaking her head from the dark thoughts that were beginning to cloud her mind she asked her teacher simply, "What do you think really happened in Yukigakuri, do you think that he may have been the one to cause all the destruction?" She wasn't out for the truth of what happened, she really didn't think that anyone knew what really happened and if they did, they were dead. Cam did, however, care about what Masahiro thought had happened. It wouldn't give her closure but since her parents were obviously reluctant to talk about it and now that she didn't have them she had to draw at straws when she could.

As she sat alone in the garden her chakra began to circulate around her like an aura. At first if anyone was watching they could see small magenta butterflies forming around her. She needed to think, she knew her father was at his core a good man, if a bit power hungry. This led her to question the origin of the emotions that ran rampant through her earlier.

Taking a deep breath she released it, in that instant her chakra reacted and instead of it sitting calmly around her it began to churn and rage in a storm around her. However she began to breath and focus, instead of letting her hate and anger flow free she began to concentrate it into a singular point. The source of all her suffering, all her pain, all her anger. Daiomata. She had to pay.

That was it, she knew that finding Dai and making her suffer wouldnt bring her father back, hell she didnt even know if Dai was the one that did it. But she did know one thing, her father was far to powerful for any one shinobi to defeat. Which meant that if anyone did kill him she had to be among them, and if not her then Kinpaku at the least would know. Her father had always told her stories about Kinpaku's hatred for him. As it stood she had two central leads, Dai and Kin.

"The truth of the matter, Cambria? Kein went utterly insane and acted in what he thought was the greater good, which in turn lead to so many deaths." Masahiro stated matter of factly, his eyes scanning his student as he gave it a moment's thought, he had really gone mad in the end, hadn't he.

Masahiro then turned to his student and walked past her, bringing out a rubber practice dummy, one that with a slight chakra induction could stand on it's own. Giving into it's requirement Masahiro then circled around the thing, eyes inspecting each possible angle of assault. Setting on a course of attack Masahiro moved in towards the target, his left palm striking forward to move it backwards, a quick leg sweep taking the target off of it's feet. The following movement would be meant to be just as swift and painful as the first, but would lack something in it's execution. Setting his feet into a directed stance the Hatake snaked his left arm forward, twisting to grab the exposed arm of his target, pulling it back to him. As this motion followed through his right hand would move to the target's right side, swimming down the ribcage before finding a 'soft' spot. This point on the body he would exploit, twisting his palm against the location he thrust forward. A buildup of chakra surged around the Hatake's fist, but it was not enough to physically impart damage to the doll. By such the doll, instead of bursting inward or taking internal damage simply 'bruised' and fell flat to the ground at Masahiro's feet.

Reaching down to right the doll once more Masahiro gave the thing a quick glance over, placing his hand where it had bruised moments before. The doll was rigid again, it's nature as rubber being to restore itself to its designated state. He then laughed a little and patted it on the shoulder, turning to Cambria once more.

"Kein was kind of like this doll. Given the proper stress, the correct push, the throw it needed, it would simply land and rebound. But if one were to press him against his bounds, say they were to pick up the pieces of him that had only just returned." Masahiro intoned, forcing the doll to stand once more.

This time Masahiro moved in from an unexpected angle, even to the student watching. He thrust himself forward into the doll, lifting it upwards into the air as his left hand outstretched to catch it's left wrist, forcing the doll to turn around mid-air, revealing it's back to him. The Hatake's right hand thrust forward, making a crescent movement against the target's back, instilling an element of chakra, before suddenly slamming his palm into it, sending rubber debris throughout it's frame and through it's stomach as it, and he, touched back to the ground below.

Technique Learned: Kannyuu Tanima [ Collapsing Valley ]

"And press them even further against their nature. You get this, a ruined, pulverized, excuse for a man. When a man hits this state they begin doing everything they can to retain what they used to be. But they are hollow, broken, and at the core only the most valuable of precepts survive this destruction. Yet they themselves are utterly desolate." The Hatake confirmed, nodding as he reached down to pick up the doll, tossing it aside into a rubbish bin.

Kneeling to the ground after he tossed the doll aside the Hatake thrust his hands downward, sinking a half-foot beneath the soil. The earth quaked around his feet as his hands gripped and ripped the stones from the soil around his fingertips, pure chakra seeding the ground. Slowly around his hands and wrists the form of armor began to take, bound in pure stones and mud. As they took form Masahiro stood, ripping the armguards from the ground, taking a stance immediately afterwards. The weight was unwieldy at first, causing him to have to shift his stance, more than once. As he brought his arms up to inspect them however, he watched as the stones and dirt shifted, this was still an incomplete technique.

Standing resolute, Masahiro kicked with his foot to send more dirt and stone flying into the air. As he did this he thrust his arms out into the falling debris he created and cycled more chakra into the armguards. The coherency of the items growing, finally becoming more and more stable as he prepared them. Darting forwards towards his original target Masahiro began to let loose a flurry of blows against it, pushing the extent of the gauntlets against the strained wood and straw. The gauntlets gave no ground, but the sound of the beam at the core of the target could be heard, splintering and creaking against the increased weight. As the doll gave way Masahiro gave a quick decisive elbow strike into the lower ribcage of the target, forcing it's momentum to shift directions. As the doll spun into it's new facing Masahiro delivered a reverse roundhouse kick into the doll's frame, following through with a reverse armbar. This motion would bring the doll clattering to the ground, from which point he looked up to his student. Masahiro could only walk over and look at it's shambled body at this point, reaching down to touch the broken hafts.

Listening to his words, her own thoughts began to form. He spoke of Kein like a man plagued with disease, and that it was the choices of others and how they pushed him that made him into a malicious killing machine. It was hard for Cam to think that Koan's father had been capable of such destruction and that her friend, who had shown only a fierce protectiveness and care, would possibly subject to the same fate. Her heart ached for what Koan was going to be going through. She did not know her teammate's family or her history but to know that such a shadow was haunting her made Cam want to protect her friend from something she knew she couldn't. Annalisa had never been the open one who was exposed to the outside elements so she could only guess at what was to come in the future but she knew that she would not abandon Koan. After all Masahiro, himself, had told her that Koan would be needing the purity that she could offer.

"I know that there is little I can do to protect her but I will do what I can to be there with her and buffer the effects of this evil that seems to be following her." she said while she watched him finish up his skill training. Watching him train was interesting, the way his body moved as he went through the motions, was like watching water in a current. Flicking her gaze away from her teacher she noted that the conclusion of his training meant that they would soon be traveling to Suna. Reaching down she fidgeted with her sandal before standing up from her seated position. Toes and legs a little sore from sitting so long she looked at Masahiro-sama and said lightly "I'm ready when you are."
