Shin, even if people are Bukijutsu in nature, they can still learn a modicum of Ninjutsu, right? I ask because I want to specifically use Fuuinjutsu (but nothing grand like Shiki or anything).

Also: I need someone's opinion on something. Should I keep my roleplay as advanced literates only or allow for a range from, say, literate to advanced literate?
