She softly said in a cute voice, and then looked back down, putting her hand down. Anyone oh would of seen it would of thought she was shy. But it was so cute.

She weaved in and out of people, trying to get back to her friends. Once she got there, she let out a sigh. "It was only Jade," Caitlin said with a shrug and pulled her Gryffindor colored hair out of a ponytail and ran her fingers through her hair to straighten it out.

Distant memories of rogue bludgers suddenly faded from his vision as he spotted the ever rambunctious beater at his side greeting him with a grin. He eyed her suspiciously up and down, but his own smile grew, as did each adoring dimple on his cheeks. "Heather, hey-!

"How're ya?" Dom began cheerfully, albeit sleepily. Suddenly, a finger jabbed him, and she jested him, he only shook his head and laughed-- his deep voice cracked suddenly with a high pitch-- he kept laughing, awkwardly now, trying to force away the rush of embarrassment. "Heh, so, uhhh, how was your summer?"

He had hardly even noticed one of Heather's friends stand beside her, jealousy, something he understood all too well.

Thanks for that, but I can take care of myself." she said to him, dropping his hand like a dead fly. She knew he was only scared for her safety around Dominic, seeing as they practically tried to kill each other last term, but she was a thirteen year old girl. She could handle herself. She turned back to the Slytherin boy. "I'm doin' great, Dom. Summer was too short, in my opinion. I was planning this huge Quidditch party at my house, but since I was always working, I didn't have time to put it in action. Other than that, I basically followed Remy around wherever she ran off to, and hung out with Dhylan and my brother, Terren. Oh. And Romy. He's around here somewhere." she replied, rambling on a bit. The crack in his voice made her laugh lightly, as did his dimpled cheeks.

He ran over to them, and immediately hugged Heather. "Heather! I-I was so lost! There are people everywhere!" he squealed. He looked up at her, his blue eyes, much like Remy's, sparkled with emotion. Tears looked ready to fall, and his brown hair was tousled and mussed.

Katrina felt ashamed, and that was why she hadn't returned to her group of friends. Instead, she found a bench away from people and sat down. A tear rolled from her eyes and she huffed. She leaned forward and covered her face. Why does Steele hate me? Did I do something wrong? She wondered what she had done to incur his anger. A cold wind blew over her and she shivered. Her mind wandered aimlessly.

"Blimey, it's like this every year, I think? But, the first years get divided, cross the lake, and the rest of us get on the carriages, right..?" Dom slowly wondered, he hadn't been paying any mind to his older cousin before she left to the prefects compartment. As a second year, he hadn't ever really... gone across... As much as he hated to admit it...

"Wicked, I never really got much a chance to do anything this summer... Went to Paris, but, that was to visit my granmum..." Dom shrugged his shoulders, eyeing the couple suspiciously, and, feeling too much concern for the small first year.

Remy watched Sam discretely after Cait walked away. Sam.... completely ignored her. Why did she feel so... Left out? She watched as Caitlin walked over, and Sam immediately began to talk to her. It was as if Remy wasn't even there. She gave a nervous laugh. "What am I? A doorstop?" she asked, before realizing that sounded really... stupid. A pink tinge his her cheeks, but she hid it in a huge smile. Her braces flashed, this time a dark purple and white combo adorned the wires.
