look, I know I want you to be outside. Just. . . Give me a moment. . . seeing Lilly sitting down he call to her. "Lilly, if you're done, meet me in the shoreline." Czar said to her.

Lilly looked up when Czar called her and nodded.
Nurse Joy came out, with Lilly's pokeballs, "Here you go sweetie, they are all nice and healthy."
Lilly smiled her thanks and walked out towards the shoreline.
Nurse Joy turns to Czar, "Hello there, would you like to charge your Pokemon as well?"

"Yes. I would." Czar handed Nurse Joy his pokemon except for the Dusk ball; which he kept. "I'll be back nurse joy." Czar said as he ran off.
Once reaching the Shoreline He saw Lilly waiting at the shores.
"you're here. . ." Czar told her.

Czar
"I'm not here to tell you anything. . ." Czar took out his only dusk ball from his belt.
"But to show you something." Czar looked at the horizon. You see. . . What actually happened there. . ."
Czar threw the Dusk ball up high in the air. When it popped open, a white ray appeared and came crashing downwards to the Ground. Once it landed it began to take form of a Articuno. Once the image is fully materialized the white aura surrounding the Articuno subsided; showing Czar and Lilly the Legendary bird. Once the Dusk ball fell back down he caught it in the air.
"That happened. . ."

Lilly stared in awe, "you caught Articuno!" she stared at the blue-birds beauty. She couldn't say another word.

"Yeah, I caught her. To tell you the truth it wasn't easy. . ." Facing the Articuno He began to talk to her. "Articuno. . . Listen to us. We didn't mean to invade your nest. We were just finding a spot to observe your beauty. If we did anything wrong to you or your environment then we are very sorry."
((Raskal are you still going to control Articuno? If you want I can control her from here on out.

a wild butterfree appeared
"typhlosion use thunderpunch" silver said wanting to get to viriden city
typhlosion's hand was engulfed in electricity as it threw a fierce punch at the pokemon
butterfree barley felt the blow before it passed out
Silver and typhlosion just kept walking like nothing happened

"KRRUUUU!!"
Articuno cried out somberly and stretched it wings. It stared at Czar with eyes of percelain white and azure blue. Right into his soul the legendary bird seemed to peer before glancing back to the mountains overlooking the whole stretch of shoreline.
"It wants to go home." Raskal said, strolling up behind the pair with his hands in his pockets. He walked up and stood beside Car but kept his eyes on the magnificent bird.
"I've seen that look on a pokemon before. You may have captured it, but Articuno will never obey you because it's heart is here." Raskal reached up to touch the bird but it snapped it's sharp beak viciously at his outstretched arm. He snapped his hand back before the bird could grab hold and take a finger or two.
"And in the end it will fight you for what it wants." He added with a sigh.

Lilly smiled up at the bird, "Articuno, I have to admit, I love that your so close to me, but your are not as beautiful as you were when you were wild."

". . .No matter. I don't plan to hold on to two legendary pokemon. However. . . I want her to trust me. . ."
Czar stepped close to Articuno as he felt the urge to at least stroke her feathers. "I want to show her that unlike other Trainers out there. . . I offer her the status of becoming a wild pokemon once again without the fear of being someone else's tool."

"You're right Lilly. They're called legendary pokemon because they embody everything people imagine when they think of power and beauty. They can't be caged and trained like normal pokemon. Only in the wild will they ever live up to that title."
He turned from Czar and started to walk away back towards town and in the direction of the docks. "Do what you want Czar, but do it for Articuno's sake and not your own. It deserves to be free... with or without your trust." His voice trailed off as he headed away.
Raskal didn't much care what the league champion decided to do. In reality he understood that Czar would probably treat the pokemon well and train it to it's fullest potential. However the ex-rocket had seen what happened when people tried to tame the forces of Legendary Pokemon. Nothing good ever came of such things according to the young trainer.

Lilly watched Jace, walk away. she somehow knew exactly what he was thinking, knowing that Jace was an ex-team rocket member.
"Well Czar, you caught Articuno, I congradualte you, but you have to earn Articuno's trust by your self. If i had caught her, I would have realeased her right away. I would help but i don't believe in ever keeping a ledgendary... I guess it depends on the situation too, I think you did the right thing with Alex though." she smiled at Czar, and decided to go for a small walk along the shore. "Good luck..." with a small wave she walked away.

Czar moved close to the Articuno and touched her feathers.
". . . Even though, I caught you. . . you deserve something better. I'm offering you to be a wild pokemon again, but without the fear of being somebody else's tool. However what I ask for return is to at least travel with us and offer us your aid. . . You don't have to be around us all the time. . ."
Czar looked around as he saw Lilly and Jace gone from the area.
