* notices the people looking at him and stops preening and looks back at them. He tilts his head and chirps at them hoping for some attention *

*goes to make dame a hot cocoa with extra whipped cream and chocolate syrup, and then sets it down in front of her.*

There ya go, damey....hope it's chocolatey enough for you!

*goes back to her coffee and and slips Draa a scone*

I really hate that sound stare *reaches behind the bar and grabs a towel, then chunks it at the griffin*

*starts to relax at getting his head scratched, but snaps out of it, looking at Tes in disbelief*

It doesn't look that tough.

* thinking it was something to play with he grabs the towel as it gets closer and screeches happily as he tears it apart with his beak and talons. When the towel was nothing but shreds he looks back at the one who threw it to see if he was going to play some more *

*eyes get wide as he sees the griffin rip the towel to pieces*
erm... I think I'm just going to.... um...

*grabs the scone and dives behind the bar*

oh god... more noises *rubs just outside his ears and glares at the griffin*

*She strokes the griffin on the head, hoping to quiet it down and possibly lull it to sleep.*

* flaps his wings a couple times, chirps, and settles onto the floor and waits to see if anyone else will attempt to play with him *

edit: * As one of the ladies walks over to him and scratches his head he nuzzles her and curls up and falls asleep next to the door again *

*eye twitches at the sound as he starts digging through his pockets to see if he can find something more threatening to either throw or wave about at the griffin to scare it off*
tch.... if things like this are going to be showing up, I should start carrying my daggers.

*grunny spots Draa behind the bar. As he approaches, he sniffs at the scone*

*guards the scone with his body*

*walks quietly away from the griffin and heads back to the bar. She picks up Draa and cuddles him for a moment before setting him back onto the bar in front of his steamer. She picks up his half eaten scone and sets it next to him on a napkin.*

TES....I don't think you need daggers for that griffin...it's obviously a tame one. Some things just need attention every now and then. * she takes a sip of her coffee and resumes scratching Draa on his head.*
