I helped my friend Melissa get moved into her new apartment yesterday. Everything went well. Only had to do one trip of taking her stuff over there. I assisted with some of the unpacking, but she's still got quite a bit to do. She had today off from work, so she'll be doing more unpacking herself. Hopefully her cat Ninja is starting to get used to the new surroundings.

My Vet Data Entry shift went well today. Wally, the red tabby, kept me company again. Our usual veterinarian Dr. Overman returned from her maternity leave today. So, the veterinarian I've gotten used to working with - Dr. Rockey - has been helping her get used to how things are being run at the shelter. At the end of the week, Dr. Rockey apparently is going back to Florida. So... I don't know if I'll get to see Dr. Rockey again or if this is the last week I'll get to see her. Dr. Overman seems like a nice gal, so I'm sure we'll get along just nicely.
Dr. Rockey said that I'm her favorite volunteer. >v<

I have about 2 hours until I'll have to leave for my job interview. *sighs* I really hope it goes well. It may not be my ideal place to work... but at least it's a job and in an area I'm familiar with. Not to mention, it'll be a job that will pay... and hopefully will work around my volunteering schedule. I really don't want to stop my volunteering at the shelter.
